Excellent harnesses and superb customer support

Great harness but cinch webbing is slippery and has to constantly be tightened to accommodate our sausage like English Bull Terrier

This is a ripoff site ordered 2 harnesses on 4/2 paid extra for express processing as of 4/14 have not received them. We tried to contact via email 3x no response, Phone Number (just a recording) and their Chat does not work for past 3 days. When I check FedEx tracking number given it says it was created but product was never shipped! I am contacting CCard company now to contest the charge and hopefully get my money (which by the way they quickly took) back.

I guess I would feel better about this product if the first 4 or 5 five star reviews didn't read like they were all written by the same person trying to "sound" like different people. That said, I followed up these reviews with some research. It seems that the harness can be very effective. There are hoops on the sides to help train pullers, but you should not use those hoops all of the time, as they are not as strong as the top hoop. The harness is easy to use, so long as you make sure it is fitted properly. If not properly adjusted, it could ride up into sensitive areas and cause friction blisters and sores. But then, you would have that problem with any improperly adjusted harness. Something that gave me pause about buying my own Harness was that I found many complaints about this company submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Complaints about customers paying, but not receiving their harness, complaints about not getting money back for returned merchandise, and complaints about not being able to reach anyone for questions regarding either of the above. Still, I am willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt. They appear to have a great product. Perhaps, the company will improve as it matures. I certainly hope they figure out customer service soon. It is essential for any successful business.

When I was looking on stuff online, I found Joyride. I decided to show this to my mom. When she saw it, she wanted to buy it. I got in 3-5 buisness days. When we got it, we went on a walk with our two muts. Our two dogs love it so much. its so much easier to put on the dogs. Before, we had another brand and you had to strap it over their head and snap 2 straps on. When we got Joyride, we went on a 3 mile walk with them. Our dogs were definatly not pulling hard and walk right by your side. Definatly check it out. It was before 70$ and was on sale for 40$ when we got it. Again defintlay check it out.

This harness has helped me control the pulling of my extremely strong pit bull/boxer mix. By using the side hoop connector, he has learned the heel command.
