Joyride HarnessReviews of joyrideharness.com

I purchased this harness because of the claim "it'll be the last harness you'll every buy." I am not happy with my purchase. I have a 1 year old Akita mix and she pulls really bad. The harness is well made, but does not stop my dog from pulling. I am really disappointed in this harness, now I am going to buy a halti (which I used on my previous dog) because I know this one works.

Check out Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles and look for Pug Harness. You’ll see all the ongoing complaints that a lot are never resolved. I am one that got shafted. After no response from several emails they now tell me it’s too late to get a refund. I have been trying to rectify the problem since January. Try calling their toll free number, you will get nowhere but frustration. They say there phone system is being worked on. As of April 16, the same message is there since January! They say to do an online chat, but it is never active. You wonder why they did a name change from Pug Harness to Joyride Harness. They only post positive reviews they makes me wonder if they themselves posted made up ones. This is a follow up of a previous review. Since BBB contacted them; they forced an exchange of a wrong color than what I originally asked for. And they have the audacity of saying I passed their return policy time limit. You are the ones that never respond and now you blame the consumer? I have all my notes and emails to prove it.

Did they literally sell out to someone in China??? They just did a post on Facebook an hour ago and their location at the top is Hong Kong!!!!!

This company claims to be a small family run business out of sunny California. Not the case, shipment is en route from China....and very slowly. False advertising. Order had been is shipping mode for weeks. I would not have ordered had i not believed it was coming from California. Fraudulent websites and blatant lies about where harnesses are made.

I ordered a green plaid harness on April 8th and received an order number and tracking number a couple of days later. On April 10th I checked the tracking number and it took me to Fed Ex where all it said was “shipping label created”. I have now emailed the company 2x and messaged them on Facebook and have not received a response. It’s April 19th and the shipping status has not changed. I will be asking for a refund and contesting the charge.

We love our harness. I waited a few months to make sure it held up to our active boy, I can honestly say that it is strong, well made and seems comfortable to our boy!

This is a scam, unfortunately. I wish I would have checked before. I never received any tracking information, but I immediately was charged on my credit card.

I just read all these horrible reviews and regret that I too have been scammed. I will be contacting my credit card company immediately. I ordered back on April 4, 2020 and was told it shipped with Fedex on April 11th, but it never went any further than sending information to create a tracking number. Nothing since that time. No response to my emails. Cannot reach anyone by phone. Note: I do not believe the good reviews that come in every so often. I believe it's part of the scam to keep their star rating up. Now I know why they operated under name Pug Life Harness and changed name to Joyride Harness. Alert The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On November 20, 2018 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response. As you can see on BBB site this issue has been ongoing long before the "Global Pandemic". No other companies have problems shipping items.
