I ordered my 2 harnesses on April 15th still no harnesses, I received an email stated they were on there way. I have a tracking number and when i check it at Fedex it says shipping label received April19th still waiting for package so they can ship it. I don't understand the hold up.

Like many other my experience with customer service SUCKS! Well it really can't suck because it does not exist. Ordered on 4/18. Credit card immediately charged. Order was ready and shipping label created on 4/21 and FedEx was notified. FedEx never got the package and there is NO status since 4/21. Web sire CHAT does not work. Phone number is just a recording. Email contacts are NEVER responded to! When I get the credit card statement I will dispute the charge! DON't do business with this company! Sad thing about it is I got one of their harnesses for my small dog and it is great. This is for my larger dog!

I would leave 0 stars but they wont let me I purchased an XS small harness for my Chihuahua. I Wouldn't be able to tell you whether this harness was of quality or not as is it too small and I am unable to reach or to get Joy Ride Harness customer service to help me return this harness. If you try to call them you are directed to use their online system. When you use the online return procedure they promise you a return email with a shipping label. I'm glad I wasnt holding my breath while waiting for that shipping label to arrive.  I have tried ever Avenue I can think of to get Joy Ride Harness to honor their guarantee. I guess I will donate this to a local rescue and dispute the charge on my credit card. I would think twice before ordering from them as there is no support in case you also have an issue with their product.

Actual rating -10. I ordered a harness April 1st and sent it back for an exchange for a bigger size. NO COMMUNICATION from them. So now they have my money AND the product back. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank. You can only reach this company by email. THEY DO NOT RESPOND. Buyer BEWARE.

I have not received my items nor have I have been able to get in contact with anyone at this company to check on the order . The web page says they have humans answering m-f 9-5 .Many calls have been made and only a massage is received telling me to use the web page. The web page contact link does not work. The money was taken from my account immediately for the product I have not received. I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order and never received a confirmation although they immediately charged my card. I have not gotten tracking or updates since placing my order. No one in customer service has replied to me, though i have reached out both via the site and through email. I have no idea if or when i will ever get my order. I would not recommend taking the risk of ordering this product no matter how good it might be, if it ever actually shows up.

Actually I would give them a -10 stars. I placed an order online with a discount promised but it did not apply and when I hit submit order it all disappeared. I never got a confirmation - my emails to get the unsuccessful discount are gone and I can only hope my order did not go thru. I tried to access customer service they their Chat portal - that did not work so I sent an email to their customer service contact. This must be a scam company. I will be reporting them to my states attorney general and better business bureau.

I am so happy! This is the best fitting harness of all!! All the other ones our pug Diesel slipped out of! I am thankful that I finally found you and the harness fit his body shape!! Love it!! Thank you!!
