Company has been unresponsive in either providing a refund or sending a new harness after the order has never arrived. Buyer beware.

The quality of the harness is very good. Once I got my small dog into it - he tried to bite at it a few times which is unusual for him - he grew accustomed to its large size. The second problem came when we started to play fetch. He couldn’t spin around or move very quickly so it really hampered his ability to jump and turn. It made him very uncomfortable. I guess I’ll use the harness for straight walks, but since he needs to run every day, we’ll have to go back to the lightweight harness for our park outings.

I ordered 3 harnesses on 4/5 as of today, 4/26, nothing. I got a notice on 4/8 a shipping label was created. They do have the audacity to send me solicitation emails. I can only assume at this point that I have been ripped off. If I ever do receive them I'll be glad to edit my review, but I dont have much hope after nearly a month.

Horrible customer service. Ordered on 4/2/2020 and as of 4/26/2020 I still haven’t received my harness. Multiple inquiries to Joyride with the typical “your order had been processed”. I wish I would have ordered from another company. Hopefully, the harness will be better than their service

I received my order promptly & product is sturdy & fits well. However, belly strap wouldn't stay tight. They sent me replacement fast. Works great!! I have lg dog & seriously helps with pulling when walking him!! Joyride gets a gold star

I ordered a harness on 4/10/2020 and have not received it. They sent me email that it was shipped with an order number. Every time I track it with my order number says it’s ready to ship from Illinois. I called post office with a tracking number that the company had with my order number. The post office said they never shipped my item. I have called the company and it is a recording. I tried live chat on their website and no one responds. I also sent them messages through their website and no one responds back. Do not buy from them, you may get ripped off.

Not sure if it's just our dog(husky)...but the no pull aspect did not happen. Plus maybe I ordered the wrong size, I am not sure how tight it should be. I will say, it is easy to put on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a joke. Orders are never sent and they will tell you for weeks that’s it’s on it’s way and it will never ship. This company is garbage! There are plenty of other harness companies out there. Us one of them. You will be much happier.
