Just a follow up from my last review. After one month and basically giving up on receiving a harness, it finally came today, however, it was a size X-Small not an X-Large. An the small it what I was advised was shipped. I tryed to stop this as soon as I received the email confirming order, but was advised I would have to wait to receive the shipped pkg first. So I'm now a month into being charged, wrong size and having to wait for them to receive return, and wait another month or more for it. You cannot call this company to complain, change your order etc. It's very frustrating. The harness is very well make, but the item is a training tool and it is not going to make your dog not pull, it just can't pull quite as hard!

I am one of many who ordered, and received bogus reasons via email for why my package was delayed. After one month, I found this site and realized I had been taken to the cleaners. Bogus tracking number, tracking app, customer service options, etc. I will join others in making a full report to BBB. Luckily for me, I will get my money back via AmEx. This is NOT a COVID-19 issue. This company is making false claims and should be shut down. Buyer Beware!

I ordered this item on April 5. I have not received it. I have contacted the company several times with no response. They sent a bogus Fed Ex tracking notice.

I ordered my harness 10 days ago....email received that it was shipped. Still the only information I get from tracking number is that the label was created. I reached out DM and they only gave me that information. I reached out via email, no response. I am waiting to see if perhaps they will respond to facebook message. I would just like to know if you are ever going to ship this product to me. It was paid for promptly and still nothing. Would love to write a nice review if I could just get some clarification and the harness. Thank you.

Don’t waste your money. Took a month to ship. Came with no directions for use. No directions on the website. The harness constantly comes loose and doesn’t fit snug. Worst of all my dog still pulls like crazy. Worst $40 I ever spent. I just threw it in the garbage.

We finely received the harness after waiting 3 1/2 weeks and receiving nothing but lies from the company in the interim. The harness shipped from a location in Sacramento, CA. and appears to be well made. Again, they must be taking orders to get the cash needed to have the harnesses made. A legitimate company will not charge your card until the item ships so there is something flaky going on with them. I will not purchase anything else from them going forward.

I too had an issue with shipping, received an email that I would receive an additional email with tracking details. it never arrived, tracked my order on the website and there was a tracking notice but only a label created. I emailed asking about this and no reply after 5 days. I then sent them a message on Facebook explaining the situation. I had a response within 24 hours asking if they should ship again or refund. I asked for them to ship again. Within 24 hours again they messaged back a new FedEx tracking number that showed the parcel picked up. From what I gather with the responses I had with Joyride harnesses, they are completely and utterly overwhelmed at this time. Think about it, all of a sudden you have millions of people layed off or fur-lowed and want something to go on better walks with your fur babies. And on top of that you are a Small business that is now swamped. The email did not work well, FaceBook is much better. I will have my 3 harnesses May 7 after I ordered April 13.
