Buyers Beware! Wish I had read reviews first!!!
Wish I had read reviews first. Though a friend ordered from them in the past without problem. Customer service is a joke. They tell you anything to get off the online chat which is the only way to communicate with them. Emails are not answered. Won’t accept phone calls. Been waiting and waiting. Told me yesterday that they still have my order there despite shipping notice a week ago. Gonna dispute with credit card company now. What a disappointment.

Charged and Order has yet to Ship!!!
Received an email that order had shipped with FedEx Tracking #. FedEx says only label created and waiting to be picked up. Been almost 2weeks to change. Will not answer emails and no number to contact a live person.

Can't review properly when it's been 3 weeks since order and still don't have it!!
I would really like to be able to write a review of the harness, but it's been more than 3 weeks since order was confirmed! They certainly took the money in a hurry. Customer service is the WORST!!!

Took my money and never sent product! CROOKS!
Took my money and never sent product. When I emailed to complain, I was given a tracking number that sat for a week without shipment. They stopped responding to emails and it appears they have locked down their Facebook page. I will be contacting the LA AG regarding these thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Ordered the harness
Ordered the harness, got a message the product was shipped. They gave me a order number, tracked the ups number to a station in North Houston, for 1 week it seemed to be there, but ups was still waitingon it. Emailed the co. said for me to be patient, ti was coming, waited a few more days, ....nothing. Tried to call them all automated, no help. reading the reviews on this co. they seem to have the same story.

I bought this harness for my rescue…
I bought this harness for my rescue coonhound to teach him to walk on a leash. The first time I used the harness the plastic snap closure popped open. Thank God I still had a leash on his collar or my dog would be gone. This harness definitely needs a better closure device, perhaps a metal one or some type of safety clasp to prevent the clip from opening.
