I like the concept of this harness--looks like it should work well--but the company seems like a shell instead of a real business. No real time people to speak with, the chat function doesn't work, 3 days after order no shipping info but they charged my card. After finding similar complaints from others, I cancelled the order and got a credit back from m CCC. Not sure what's going on here, but this this is my last order from a company that seems to exist on a FB page only.

I read all the reviews before buying and I was sold. I bought the xs harness for my 5lb chihuahua. Put the harness on and found it to be too big and bulky for my tiny dog, also the under belly belt goes right in his armpits preventing him to walk and he tries to bite it off. I really wanted to send it back, however, I don't have a printer to print my return label. They won't take it back because of that. So, I'm out $40 bucks. Just an FYI

My little guy is high energy and walking him has always been a challenge. The very first day I used the Joyride Harness I noticed a difference. It's not a perfect walk yet but definitely by the end of the walk Brody "caught on" ... love love LOVE this harness! Super happy that I bought from a family owned business. Thanks for a great product! I'm hooked! Blessings to y'all for giving back!!

I feel swindled by the claim that this is a small family owned business. My order has supposedly been sitting in Houston TX but can’t get further updates or a response from the company. An honest response, whatever it is, would be the action of a legitimate business. I’ve fallen for substandard merchandise and shipping times from Facebook vendors before but this is my last time. What is it with Facebook advertisers?

I placed my order at the end of April and reached out the first week of May as to why I had not been provided a tracking number. I got an email response on May 5th with a tracking number and since have not been able to actually track it. Every time I look to track it says no status available. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges!

Two thumbs and 2 paws up! Great harness! Lucy and I loved it! It's sturdy, high quality and durable but perfectly comfortable as well. It adjusts easily and is a cinch to put on---over the head, click it and go! Right out the door I noticed my 8 month old lab was not pulling like she would with her collar and that was just using the main ring. I watch the training video and used the side ring and was just amazed! Every walk will be a great walk now! We got the teal colored one and I love the color! Great customer service too. They stayed in contact until I received it and tried it out! Thank you Joyride Harness!

Amazing!!! My 90lb pup is strong and pulls all the time while on leash. I’ve tried different types of leashes and harnesses and this is the ONLY one that has worked for us!!! I’m so happy to have found Joyride Harness! Try it you wouldn’t regret it.

Terrible. You place an order. You receive a confirmation. You receive a ship notification BUT it’s only the label that’s created. You’ll receive your package in a frustrating 4-6 weeks. Don’t email, they don’t respond. They’re not a “small family owned and operated pet business”. They’re Chinese importers from Alibaba. Their YouTube, FB and other internet reviews are actually them reviewing their own product. Anything labeled PugLife or JoyLife is their branding. How trumpian! The product itself is stupidly made! It has a large Velcro strip for the inside chest area that you’re instructed to CUT to fit. Mostly though, it doesn’t do anything at all they say it does. My dog is a 45 lb Hungarian Vizsla and A) The harness doesn’t come close to fitting and B) The way the harness is designed actually encourages my dog to pull more and harder. I only wish I would have done much, much more research before I spent $70! I’m trying to help other consumers. Don’t buy. Go elsewhere and personally fit your dog for an appropriate harness.
