customer service sucks 100% i ordered close to 150$ worth of dog items. and I finally get my items and I'm missing items I ordered I've emailed them 3 times in the past two weeks with no response. oh yeah and the number you see on there website don't call it!!! because guess what they don't have a customer service line its being "setup" how are u going to have over 2000 reviews and have no customer service line to call. I'm so beyond upset. I'll never order from them again. there products are all right my 45 lb dog escapes the harness so don't get this if ur dog tends to try and escape

Not suitable for Dachshunds or likely any short legged dog. The buckle chafes at the left elbow, causing bleeding, pain and is completely undetectable until the return warranty has expired. Waste of money and worse, harmful to your dog.

Ordered from Joyride Harness beginning of May and they advertised 3-4 days to ship. They continue to send ads to buy more but my multiple attempts to get status of order, no response. Very poor customer service.

After our English Golden Retriever quickly outgrew his first harness, which did nothing to help him learn good leash skills as it seemed to encourage pulling, we ordered a medium Joyride Harness. It is really quick to adjust and put on and take off, but the best part is that he is comfortable on our walks and there was very little pulling from the start. His leash skills have improved in a single week. We even ordered a second size large harness for when he is fully grown.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a harness from them the beginning of March. It took 10 business days to process the order and I still have not received it. This company uses FedEx to ship their orders, but then FedEx partners with USPS for delivery, which makes accurate tracking somewhat difficult. I have tracking information from USPS that shows the package was actually returned to sender, but Joyride Harness will not return my emails to confirm they have the order back in their possession. This company does have a customer service number to call, but when you call it, it says their system is not set up to accept phone calls. Really? They also claim to have a live chat option, but it doesn’t work either. Therefore, your only option left is to email them and pray for a response, After trying to resolve this issue for the last two months, I am finally giving up and contacting my credit card company to rectify the situation for me. All of the reviews of people who have actually received the harness are great, but my experience proves there is no harness worth this much headache. Don’t waste your time!

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 harnesses and was told it would process in 3-5 days. 4 days later it was 7-12 days due to Covid 19 which has been going on for 2 months now. I asked to cancel and they said they would let me know in 1 business day if they could cancel. It’s been 4 days no response. Buy somewhere else, wished I had bought from Amazon as I would already have them. Will refute all charges.

We have purchased a lot of harnesses for our dog, but this one is THE BEST! It works for all of our activities! Boating, running, hiking, camping, walks and whatever else we can come up with outdoors! It is super easy to get on and off, stays put, the handle works well, it is made of super sturdy materials and the belly strap is back far enough where it isn't rubbing on our dog's armpits! It dries relatively quickly and is very visible in low light. We love this harness and will never buy any other brand!!

We love our new harnesses for Luke and Leia. Easy to use, work well.
