Placed an order on 6/19/2020. Was advised on 6/24/2020 the order would be delayed. I asked them to cancel my order. They had already charged my credit card, and I advised them at the time of cancellation that most companies do not charge your credit card until they ship your order. Many emails have been sent by this company stating they are going to credit my credit card, been almost 10 business days and still no credit. This is bad business, beware. I will notify Better Business Bureau if I don't receive my money back soon for an item I never received.

This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. They are dishonest and unresponsive. No one answers chat features, no one answers the phone, and their responses over email are slow and vague. The website says that they will send a label for exchanges, but they have not done so and have given me the runaround about that for nearly a month now. I have disputed the charge on my credit card because it has been such a horrible experience and I am done dealing with them.

The Joyride Harness seems good so far, but our dog doesn't like it. I would have rated the harness higher, but the customer service is less than one star. They don't answer the phone... Their online chat didn't work... After several emails, they finally responded but didn't fix the problem. The issue was an offer when checking out. Sure was not user friendly. Sent an item I didn't want. They allowed me to return an item for exchange, but this could have been solved by answering their phone, chat, or email. Very poor slow customer service! Ordered June 26th and received a FedEx tracking number to track it, but it doesnt show up at FedEx, so no tracking number to match the one I was sent by Joyride! I called my bank, they said if FedEx doesn’t receive my package by the 16th my bank is going after them for my money back! I should have reviewed them before ordering from this company!

Takes at least a month to receive orders, if you ever receive anything, even though they charge your credit card immediately. No customer service. Can’t call and talk to anyone. Email responses are a joke. They keep saying to allow 7-10 business days from time of order even when it’s already been more than 3 weeks after ordering. In the meantime, your email is bombarded with special deals to try to get you to place more orders when you haven’t received the first order. They have a permanent “50 percent off sale” every day is supposed to be “ends tonight”. Hundreds of complaints with the better business bureau. I wish I had looked them up before I ordered. I won’t make that mistake again!

Joyride harness was recommended to me by a neighbor as my dog is difficult on walks, and is good at backing out of her harnesses. The harness loosens up during my dog's walks. It is ridiculous. It does not stay snug on her. By the end of our walks, it was sliding all over the place, and I had stopped a few times to retighten it in the middle of walking her. I hate this. It's dangerous. I have resorted to using a ponytail holder and wrapping it around the strap at the adjustment area to hold it in place and keep it from sliding to a looser position. The only reason I don't give it only one star is because with this adjustment I made, so far my dog has not been able to back out of the harness. The first harness I received had a rough spot that rubbed a raw area on my dog's underbelly, so I had to exchange it. I felt the exchange took a long time, and felt the customer service was a bit lacking. It's a lot of money to pay for something that I've found less than satisfactory.

I bought this harness for our Young Pug back when he was 6 months old based on the measurements from their website. Harness took nearly a month to come in only to find out it was WAY too big, which I wasn't overly concerned about at the time, figured he would grow into it. Now at 11 months old, he's grown considerably (double in weight and nearly size), and the harness is still a very poor fit. The worst part about it is the buckle and it's location. For a size small, the buckles and attachment loops on the harness itself are MASSIVE IN SIZE for the size of the dog and harness. It feels like a serious design flaw and laziness in making the harness when the buckle is so big, the dog's front knee cap keeps knocking against it, and makes you lose 2+ inches of tightening space for the size. They really should have made a much smaller clasp and smaller rings for the small harnesses made for actual Pugs. Really disappointed. We will not be using this harness for him after we spent so much money on it for our Pug, and simply just tossing it right in the garbage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD !. I ordered 2 harnesses on June 19th today is July 6th ! I should have checked all the reviews before I ordered because there are many that say the same thing I'm about to say. I have yet to receive anything although I keep getting email saying good news your package is on the way, I keep tracking it only to be told no one has a package for me I have sent email after email no reply there is a eight eight eight phone number doesn't let you talk to anyone so today I called FedEx who they say has my package the person I talked to at FedEx said that Joyride created a shipping label for this package on June 26 but FedEx has never received the package when I ask the gentleman if this was odd he said yes package should have been there with the shipping label I also asked him what I should do and he said I should call the bank or credit card company and get a refund which is what I will do. I was able to chat online with a representative from Joyride who told me my package was on the way I asked him to check again because I had just talked to FedEx and they said they have no package for me the gentleman came back and replied oh so sorry still waiting to send so there you go he blatantly lied he said someone would get back to me How funny I have 3 E-Mails saying "Good News your package is on the way " Lies or mistakes read some reviews see what you think ? Just please save yourself much aggravation and DO NOT ORDER FROM JOYRIDE PERIOD.!
