Deceptive practices! I purchased this harness for my doxie. I did not fit her body shape. I had to pay double the shipping to return it, Then they only refunded the purchase - $10! Nothing was mentioned in the ad about a restocking fee or anything like that. However, in the interim of waiting for the refund, I was sent countless emails advertising this or that. I would not recommend this company.

Buyer beware. Don’t order from this company unless you can afford to wait a looooong time. And do expect to get the runaround from their customer service. I ordered two of their harnesses for my puppy on June 7— a medium and a large for him to grow into. I received them on July 22 — 7 weeks later. Since a dog harness is a utility that you use daily, I needed to have these right away, so within two weeks of ordering, I emailed a request to cancel my order. “Sorry,” they wrote back. “It’s already been shipped.” They were lying. They sent a tracking number that showed it was at A USPS “shipping partner facility,” here in LA, where I live. Clearly, this is a scam, as it took five more weeks to get to me. Credit to their marketing team for their impressive social media targeting Now why don’t you invest in some production capacity.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Customer service is horrendous I ordered a medium and sent back for a small then they sent me another medium. Now they will not respond to me or give me another return label So that I can send back there mistake They have no phone number! Warring do not purchase from this rip Off company!!!

Good luck getting your “100% money back guarantee “! You’ll have to pay for their shipping label and then wait and wait and wait. Chat is worthless and the phone number is a recording telling you to chat. Emailed several times with no response. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Harness did not fit right. Clip on the bottom side is too big that it rubs against my dogs leg. Also they charge you a $7.95 shipping and restock fee. Not to happy with that since I had to pay a $3.49 shipping fee for harness.

I can't say the customer service was bad but the only good thing about the harness is it looks good. The first day I used it I took my dog for a walk and a rabbit jumped out. When she pulled the tension on the leash pulled the main part towards her rear and that undid the velcro strap. The harness ended up on her back legs. For a test i reconnected it and then gave it a yank and then the same thing happened. If the velcro strap was a snap on strap it would probably be fine. I know the company says Los Angeles but my guess is these things come from China. Never ever ever again will I buy anything from a store that pops up on my Facebook feed.

The only reason I'm giving this harness one star is because it looks good. Yep. That's it. Other than that, this turned out to be a terrible purchase. And customer service? Horrible. They only want to communicate with you if everything is rainbows and lollipops. I attempted to cancel my order twice. No response. I attempted to contact them regarding delivery and status of my order. No response. I was getting ready to contact my credit card company to dispute charges and then it finally shipped. Finally received the harness and it does not fit my dog AT ALL. (As a caveat, I will say my heeler is very difficult to fit and I have never found a harness that works for him.) The ad on Twitter said that there would be a return label included in the package. Nope. You have to print your own. And...I mistakenly thought returns were free. Nope. Have to pay for that. Only exchanges are free. So I thought, maybe I will exchange it for a different size. And I decided not to do that because the strap on the one I have is terrible; it won't stay tightened at all. I don't even think the harness is worth donating to the humane society, so it's probably going in the trash today. This has been a disappointing experience from day one. I would NOT, in any way, recommend this harness or the company for that matter. Huge waste of money, time and effort.
