The worst customer service possible.
The worst customer service possible. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks to return a harness that does not fit my dog and I can’t get anyone to help me do yhis

Being a dog parent is one of the most rewarding things and we understand that fully because we are dog parents ourselves. Our relationship with our dogs is important and there’s no better way to strengthen that bond than through something we already do with them daily: Walks. That passion for our very own fur babies and helping other dog parents is what created Joyride Harness and forged our products.Today, we remain a tightknit family-ownedbusiness.🐶USA Owned & Operated

Ordered a harness on June 20, 2020 and my credit card was charged that day. Initial email confirming order stated that "orders take 3-5 business days to process, pack, and ship out". I was notified on 27 June that my order "was on the way". I went to their tracking page and the status stated that their "shipping partner" had picked up the order on June 27 (in Atlanta, GA) and would deliver it to USPS in Atlanta, GA. It is July 11,2020 and USPS has not received it at any location. I have received several emails asking me to be patient, explaining that there were delays. Several email exchanges later (July 8th) I contacted my credit card company contesting the charge and notified Joyride that I was cancelling the order and that I no longer wanted it. I advised them that I had contested the charge and told them to refund my money. Joyride is deceptive in their business practices and any communication from them is utter falsehood. Package arrived on 7/13/2020. The harness was super small. Would not fit my puppy when it was one week old. I know I checked the “medium” size when I ordered it, however when I checked the order confirmation email, it clearly stipulated “XS”. If you order from this company be sure to read every communication from them very carefully. I contacted the company for return authorization And had to pay return shipping up front ($7.95). I returned everything the same day it was received. I am waiting to see if I get a refund. My credit card company notified me that the initial charge has been disputed. Waiting to see how this works out. The merchandise I received is typical of that at PetSmart for about 1/3 of the cost from this company.

Once you place order it’s impossible to get through to them. It took over a month to receive my items that were promised in 5-7 business days. Ordered xxl harness and they pushed collapsible cup on me which I bought. The cup holds enough water for a hampster, useless for my xxl dog. The harness is nice and functions well as described but due to the way they function as a business I will never return as a customer

Here's my experience...this is 7/10/20 website chat dialogue with Joyrideharness: On 7/6/20 I inquired about the status of my order. I was told that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Today is 7/10/20 and no one from your company has contacted me. I also sent two emails regarding status of my order. I haven't rec'd reply email with status. I called about status of my order and no one answered the phone. Yesterday, after reading numerous BAD reviews about your company, I registered a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company for the two charges on my credit card dated 6/18/20. DO NOT SEND the items that I ordered on 6/18/20...DON'T WANT THEM! STOP blaming COVID-19 for your horrible customer service department. I have rec'd orders from other companies shipped thru Fedex with no delays. I hope all your customers that have been subjected to your HORRIBLE customer service department will register a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.

Purchase' 2' Joyride Harnesses. On the previous night, after placing the order. The next morning, requested both be ordered in the same teal color. Instead,of mistakenly ordering the rainbow. Spoke with a Representative, about making the change. An order update with a transmission confirmation was immediately received. Although, not rectified/implemented. Can assure you, if whereby, avoiding a trip to the P.O. is at all possible. It will be conducive to the unprecedented times. Nobody wants to go to the P.O. if can be sighted out. Since there is no real working phone # to call. Began again with the process of a live chat. I do not own a printer to print out a label. The company cannot furnish, and issue a hardcopy label. Will have to bring the return to the P.O. With a manually adressed cost incurred label. Then proceed with having to wait for a legitimate returned refund.
