Very poor quality. The harness loosened as you walk around the block, cannot run with it on or pull thr dog because the band is horrible. All of the fasteners turn sideways, the velcro was delivered unsewn.. i would never purchase another item from this company again.

Ordered XS harness for my 8-pound dog. She slipped out of it twice on our first attempt at walking. Straps and buckles are too wide for a small dog. When you tighten up the chest to fit, the relatively large side buckles impede the dog's front legs. Returns allowed only if tags have not been removed. Total waste of money for my small dog. Wish I had read the 1-star reviews on this site and manufacturer's site before purchase.

Very poor quality product. Xl is like an xs. material is crappy low quality plastic. Impossible to get them to respond to return merchandise. I have to charge this back thru my American Express credit card.

I ordered it and paid extra for priority mail. It came regular mail, three weeks later. Cheaply made and over priced. Look on amazon and you’ll find a dog harness for under $20.

Used the harness for two days, it slipped constantly and the stomach buckle needed to be adjusted often. After two days of use, I discovered it was cutting into my dog's chest and stomach, though it wasn't on very tight. The edges on the chest strap are very sharp, and neither strap has any padding. Now they won't take the return as the tags are off the product. Also came with no instructions and there is no backup for why they claim this is the "ultimate" harness.

My rat terrier min pin mix backed right out of this harness no matter how tight we sized it. Maybe for a larger dog it would work well but straps and collar should be scaled down for a smaller dog.

Great product. However customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Slow (as in days or weeks) response to emails. Chat session - I got inaccurate information and they never did what they said they would do.

I purchased a xl. Joyride harness. The strap and buckle under the arms never stayed, contacted customer service. Slooooow response. They sent me a link to watch. Duhhhh. Not the problem. They said they would send me another never ever heard from them again. No replacement product. Ohhh they will bombard you with tons of email. Thanks for nothing
