I love this harness! Usually I have such a hard time figuring out how to put them on my dogs. This was so easy and the harness actually works. Whenever my dog decides she wants to pull, the harness deters her from being able to pull too hard. If I notice her about to pull, I can gently tug on the harness and it brings her closer to me and reminds her to heel. And the best part of all, no choking or cruelty. Customer service was great as well. I ordered a large as the advice was to size up if your dog was in between sizes. She’s a small cocker spaniel but she has very broad shoulders. I bought a large and was able to exchange for a medium with no shipping cost. Cute patterns, awesome harness, great purchase!

Horrible customer service. They say you can return the harness, but you can only exchange it for "free". If you aren't satisfied, or they fail to ship it to you in a timely manner and you have to go buy another harness just so you can walk your dog, you have to pay to return the harness. Their phone number doesn't accept calls, not even to leave a message. I wouldn't buy another product from this company. It isn't a safe company to buy from.

Bought 2 harnesses for my 15 lb mini doodles along with the dual leash! All were not only disappointing but aggravating. If my 6 month old puppies Were not escaping out of their harnesses they were Binding our legs with the leash! I imagine we entertained many people if they happened to be watching us! If this would have worked for us it was very easy to put on and take off!

Ordered on 7/23. Got a confirmation email, and it supposedly shipped on 7/29. I also got a follow up email titled "Your Tracking Number", but they won't give me a tracking number. They are now telling me to wait "5 business days" for it to arrive until they look into it and see where it is. EVERY company gives tracking numbers. Why not you, Joyride? Fishy.

I would give zero stars. No customer service at all . Zero respond.BUYERS BEWARE don't buy every from this company!!!! They supposed to ship product through FEDEX still pending after 10 days product was never picked up.

I ordered 2 harnesses on 7-12, and got notified they had shipped on 7-20. After several days I noticed that neither the merchant's tracking page on their website, nor the FedEx site had showed that the package had actually been picked up by a carrier. After many more emails with customer service where I was advised to be patient due to delays, I still have not received my merchandise as of 8-7.

Incredibly slow to ship. 3 weeks after order and we still haven't received the item. Would definitely not recommend.

I bought 2 harness in May and about 1 1/2 Week I received an email that my order was delivered. After I got off from work there was no package on my mail box or my door. I emailed Joyride same day and they informed me they would looked into it. They stated the they contacted my post office and they had delivered in my mail box and to checked it. I informed I checked my mail box and no order. They kept telling they were looking into it. They made feel like I stole the harnesses and dint want to pay for it and kept telling by email only because you can’t talk to a person by phone. I called my Visa card and now I am disputing the charge. I spent $152.72 dollars and not received my order. Don’t buy this product if you have an issue with your order they won’t work with you. I gave one start because I can’t give no starts.
