Joyride HarnessReviews of joyrideharness.com

Believe the reviews. They take your money and never ship. They say return is easy... *when you get your product* you can return it easily. But you can’t return something they never send.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order on 11/292020. Still haven’t received it. I keep getting the runaround from customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

The harness is nice and easy to put on. The buckle clicks tightly (hard to get off but that is fine). The chest strap is too slick and loosens on its own. This is a defect in the design. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement but it’s the same material and still the same issue. I have to use some Velcro attachments to get it to stay in the right place. It’s also not good for running based on where it falls - can cause chafing. It’s good for walks once you ensure safety in the sizing with the chest strap.

I ordered a harness in late November. Has not arrived - and has not even made it to the shipping facility. I contacted Joyride numerous times - to no avail. To add insult to injury, keep getting their mass distribution posts about "order now to receive in time for the holidays etc." HAHA - So I am out $$$ and NO GOODS. Trust the other negative reviews - this company will take your money and you will get nothing in return.

I would love to rate higher, as I love their harnesses, but Joyride Harness customer service is the worst. I placed a Black Friday order on 11/27/20. As of today. 12/24/20, my order (part of which was a Christmas gift) has not shipped. They have charged me for my order. I never received any update from Joyride about a delay in my order. I did, however, receive an email asking me to rate my products that I didn’t receive. I have contacted them via email twice. Both times I received a standard canned answer. I have chatted online with them twice. Both representatives assured me I would be contacted by the warehouse. I was not. If you try to call their customer service line, the message is for a different brand (Pug Life). The message also says you can only use the phone line for new orders and the reps on the phone have no access to previously placed orders. Bottom line, they have a great product, but good luck getting it.

It has been over 3 weeks and I get nothing but the runaround from the company. When I ordered this item it said it would be shipped within 3-5 days, then 5 days later they said 10-15 days. Well it’s been 23 days and the item still hasn’t shipped. The company refuses to tell me anything and are better at hanging up or running away than actually dealing with the problem responsibly. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. The truth of the matter is they have no product and are taking peoples money with no intention of selling them anything. I would not be surprised if by next month they close their doors and run off with the cash. If I could give them negative stars I would. The phone number that say “questions” states they are only for sales and there is no customer service number to call for issues. All they do is direct you to their website where most of the contact information is so hidden if you can find it your a detective. Then when you chat with them the give zero information, give you fake sincerity, and close the chat window when you demand tracking and shipping information. They’re the biggest bunch of children I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and it is why you don’t coddle children in school because then end up this useless when they enter the real world. It’s pathetic but I expect no less from the commifornians that has infecting this country. I would not suggest purchasing one of these products. If I ever receive it I will be surprised if it actually lasts more than a week of their quality signature matches their customer service signature.

Steer clear of this company! Their customer service is non existent. The CS phone line just plays a message indicating they have no phone support. Emails are replied with generic form replies (I received the same generic reply from them 3 times) and the live chat support only says "there not my department". On top of their non existent customer service, the product is complete garbage. Even with a proper snug fit, the buckle rubs against my dogs elbow and there's no way to move it. And the straps do not stay put when it's adjusted, as they are very thin and don't stay tight to the adjustment buckle. It was my fault for not reading reviews before purchasing. Don't make the same mistake. I wonder if this is why the company changed their name.

Placed order Dec 12. Dec 16 informed harness would not be delivered for 7-10 days. Needed it quicker so Dec 16, emailed to cancel order. No reply. Dec 19 emailed again to cancel. reply said I could not cancel "Due to different lines of communication and hours of operation, we cannot intercept a recently placed order to modify or cancel it before shipment." Dec 21 informed order was shipped. Dec 21 informed shipping could take an additional 10-15 days. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. Returning the item will cost me shipping plus a $7.95 "restocking fee". This harness may be great but the customer service is totally unacceptable. This is a terrible way to treat a customer. Buyer be ware.
