The harness itself is ok, I think it’s a little too stiff for my dog. It didn’t fit him correctly even though I measured exactly as told. I returned it WITH the tags attached, my dog never wore it I just tried it on him. The return process is ridiculous. I received half of what I paid with them deducting shipping and a restocking fee. Why a restocking fee? I think it’s crazy, they should pay for shipping regardless because you pay for shipping both ways. No I wouldn’t recommend I would say look in stores near your home it will be less expensive in the long run and less of a hassle.

HEED THE WARNINGS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed an order for 2 harnesses on November 29th. I waited a couple of weeks and then messaged the company. Their customer service is slow and horrible. Now, if this was a shipping problem, I could understand, but they didn't manage to ship this until December 23rd. I tried to cancel the order, but they explained that once the order has been placed, you need to wait until you receive the product to return it. However, you have to pay for return shipping AND a $7.95 restocking fee. I initiated a return (which they don't make easy) and I still haven't heard anything. Apparently, they email you. This company is a total failure and scam. I repeat. DO NOT USE! You will regret it.

While the harness is very cute the strap around the rib cage area never stays in place. it loosens up each time I use and my dog escapes. I would not purchase this again.

The harness itself is fine, nothing great, just ok. However, their customer service through messaging is crummy. When you begin to complain about something (shipping in my case) the conversation turns to defensive and "let me get you someone else to assist."

I ordered on black friday 2020 and never received my order. They took my money and after weeks gave me a fake tracking number. The USPS said they NEVER received a package. This place is a scam. My bank gave me my money back. Do not fall for their Scam!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered on Dec 1, over $75 worth of merchandise. By Dec 13, I contacted customer service as I had not received shipment notification. I received email about 48 hours later with “tracking” information. However, it was only notification that a shipping label was created. I’ve emailed every week since that time and I’m told it has shipped but there are delays. I even PAID for the detailed tracking and it does not show it was ever shipped. I asked for a refund on Jan 4 and was told they could not refund my money after it shipped. But it hasn’t shipped! I am now pursuing a complaint with my credit card to stop payment and issued a report to Facebook as this company is a fraudulent advertiser. I will also leave reviews on all possible websites so that nobody else is caught in their scam.

I ordered two harnesses because I ordered for a new puppy. They were over a month arriving so the small was not usable. I tried the larger one and it has a Velco strip strap- it's 1. Not going to be secure and 2. the Velcro is on the wrong side! You'd have to twist it for the strap to secure. I requested a return label over 10 days ago and they have yet to send it to me.

Edited 01.17.2021 to respond to Joyride Harness' very, very delayed response to my review: They did, indeed, reimburse me 40% of my order. Here's why that's not that great and you should still never, ever, never use this company. 1) I had already emailed a week before they gave me the 40% reimbursement requesting a cancellation and full reimbursement. That was ignored. 2) After waiting a week with no response, I contacted them in every way I could think of - phone, public Facebook post, private Facebook message, help form on their website - demanding a cancellation and refund of my order or I would begin a billing dispute with my credit card within 24 hours. THAT was what initiated this sad 40% reimbursement and a claim that my item was shipped. 3) So, I have a USPS tracking number, but this is what it says on the USPS site and has said since January 5: Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 11:22 pm on January 5, 2021 in GREENWOOD, IN 46143. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. This slowness has NOTHING to do with USPS. It is entirely Joyride Harness's fault. My stuff has apparently been hanging around in Indiana for 12 days, and it hasn't yet even been received by USPS. I'm still debating opening a billing dispute, because this is WRONG. I ordered December 6. I requested a cancellation and refund December 30 and heard nothing. They did nothing until I threatened the billing dispute, and even then couldn't just do that. No matter how great their product may be (and I'm not holding my breath), it's not worth the awful customer-side experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Below is my initial review. ____________________________ Ordered Dec 6. Haven't received my order as of January 4. It hasn't even shipped. I'm disgusted I fell for this. Please don't be me. I'll be checking with PayPal if I can cancel my payment through them. I've received one reply to my emails to the company. It claimed they would let me know more about my order in 24-48. I've heard nothing. Garbage customer service. I'll never know if the product was any good. Don't care now. Bought a harness for half the price on amazon that works fine.
