I have been able to stop taking my antidepressants. I feel much more like myself again. Joyous has really helped with those things. It is a great resource and easy to manage.

Before starting Joyous, I had tried many different anti-depressants and psychiatric meds, but nothing really helped. Eventually I stopped all of them when I started somatic processing. That allowed me to start feeling my emotions and healing past trauma but I still felt stuck, depressed, and had debilitating fatigue. When I started Joyous all of that changed. I paired my dose with Joe Dispenza meditations amd not only healed my chronic illness but also my depression and anxiety. Additionally it has helped my narcolepsy symptoms because ketamine supresses REM sleep. It has made such a huge impact in my life. Before I was doing all the "right" things: praying, meditating, journaling, inner work, etc. but I still felt like I could barely keep my head above water. Today I am finally happy and free!

The medications I have taken in the past, while they moderately controlled my anxiety/deperssion, they often left me feeling like a zombie. Ketamine doesn’t do that. I’m able to function and actually genuinely enjoy my life.
