Joyous promotes the right way to do this treatment. I know multiple others who have gone through similar treatments but didn't know how to get the most out of it; they weren't told to do anything but sit there. Joyous allows you to be flexible in when and how you do your treatment, but strongly promotes ways that make it more effective. I can't stress enough how important setting time aside to work on mindfulness, important virtues, and rewiring your brain to be happy and content is.
