My last Joyous shipment arrived August 5. The next one arrived September 26. That's 52 days, and I had to fight for every one of them. I did my follow-up appointment on August 24. My provider and I agreed to keep my dose at 100 mg. Then nothing shipped. For ten days I got contradictory messages. Book another appointment. Don't book one. Book one. Don't. Every reply read like it came from a machine, because it did. I asked for a phone call again and again. Joyous told me in writing that they don't do phone calls. Their pharmacy told me it was waiting on Joyous. Joyous told me the pharmacy was the hold-up. Neither one would say why. So I booked a new appointment myself. Six minutes in, they swapped my provider. The new provider finally told me what happened: my provider wrote 100 mg, and Joyous's automated system changed it to 120 mg. That mismatch is why the order sat there. Nobody caught it, and nobody told me, until I got a clinician on video and asked. This is psychiatric medication, and it's a controlled substance. Joyous runs its patient care through software, with no phone line and no one watching. When it breaks, you're on your own. I've filed with the BBB and the California Attorney General, and I'm filing with the Medical Board of California. If you're thinking about Joyous, read their BBB page first.

It’s almost indescribable to express how grateful I am to have found Joyous and to be in this program of microdosing Ketamine. Each session I have brings another layer of depth and connection within and I’m able to experience emotions that I previously resisted because they were too uncomfortable. Stay away from this company! I was a new customer and they are unprofessional. Imagine when you've been there a while, This company has horrific customer service, and works through Bots and Ai. Mental health cannot be done through AI or a bot. It's also completely run through technical channels that fail consistently. They set appointments but they don't show up, then they tell you that you canceled it although false. Then there's so many technical glitches, gas lighting ploys. they are not on time, but they take your money on time, if you're looking for mental health relief this company Joyous will only heighten your anxiety your frustration or whatever else you have going on. This company is poorly run and especially a company that deals mental health, this one is extremely dangerous. steer away!!!! Don't let the fact that it's inexpensive fool you. You're better off paying and getting better service again this place is dangerous stay away. Now They Are Climbing to have reached out to me and they never did all the communication I got was by a bot. Seriously stay far away from this company they are dangerous and they're bad for your mental health
