I cannot recommend this treatment and I have tried everything under the Sun and this actually works!

The first this I want to point out is the personalized service is quite impressive. And responsive to any questions and to my daily check ins. I’ve tried to manage major depressive disorder from complex PTSD for decades with every known natural supplement, since traditional depression meds do not work for me, and have too many negative side effects. I was very hesitant to try this ketamine treatment but reached a point where I saw this as a last ditch effort. Surprisingly, it brought some relief within the first week once my assigned nurse was able to help me find the ideal daily dose. And it made a substantial difference in about 3 weeks and am currently at six weeks. For me, breaking up my dose to three times per day has worked best. For me, depression normally felt like a physical heaviness that overshadowed every moment of my day. With Joyous I feel the heaviness from depression lift and uncover my normal balanced self. I’m able to have positive and even enthusiastic conversations now. I don’t waste days debilitated by sadness. I’m feeling joy in activities again and with zero negative side effects. For reference, I don’t smoke, don’t take other psych meds, and only drink alcohol 1-2 drinks one-two times per month, if at all.

It seems to actually be working compared to the antidepressants, which never worked since I have shortened serotonin receptor. Also I feel like I need my Ativan less which is a big plus as well. Overall the company does a good job at managing your daily check ins and prescription strength. I would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with cptsd or are on the spectrum and deal with social anxiety and are easily overstimulated in social environments.

They are completely incompit the past month when it comes to trying to schedule for a refill. They have scheduled me with the wrong person twice, completely duplicated and partly deleted my account and this is every 3 months for the past year when I try to get a refill. In the past they would still send the refill while I try to get an appointment but this time they are treating me like they just don't care at all. Most of the time it feels like I'm talking to AI or a foreign person and if there were another company who did the low dose I'd have switched a year ago. I did just have a week of stronger pain meds after surgery when all the big trouble started and sometimes companies flag you as risky or something without bothering to ask questions. They treat you like poo.

I feel more comfortable in my body and confident in myself more than I had been in the past. I am able to be at peace on a daily basis, and allow myself to take up space as a person who belongs in existence. I highly recommend this treatment to others who also may have been left feeling alone, like something is wrong with them, and the medications they are being prescribed just aren’t working like they’re being told they should. This is an amazing service, and I’m grateful to have found it when I did.
