This has been one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had as far as mental health. The counselor has been fabulous. The ease of daily check-in is great. There is truly no pressure and I would recommend this to anyone.!

Their shipping customer service is awful. Just be aware you can't call anyone with a customer service/shipping issue. They will tell you that there are no supervisors and no phone calls. If you need support, they force you to use a subpar text-message team. I haven't had any product problems, but the service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. UPDATE: **Their response below epitomizes the core problem, and what I had to deal with until they flat-out failed and said "tough luck" to the problem they caused in a text (of course). It is impossible to talk to anyone; you are a number that can only interact via text or email. They push everyone into a chat with bot-like responses (see their response to this review below, that's what their posts look like as a customer too), and if you need escalation, you can't speak with anyone or reach a supervisor. All supervisors hide behind the poor team members. I asked at least 5 times for one, but they send generic team members who can't fix the problem and just send canned bot-like responses. Again, the product is fine, but the customer service team/shipping group, especially supervisors when dealing with problems, is some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Hopefully, if you use them, you never have to deal with them on a specific problem beyond basic questions where a canned bot response will suffice.**

Simply put it works.

I approached this service with open mind and determined to follow protocol, I have exhausted all typical medical/ psychological help with some results. however, I want least impact on good healthy life outlook....im surprised after a month my recall trauma etc. events , seemed clearer (painful) however I had ability to think through and the result was less panic , anxiety and depression. I pray this exploration continues to help : I'm committed to follow path and seek peace where my feet are...it's helping..thank you
