Struggled many years with anxiety. It got so bad I didn’t even want to leave my house to go to the grocery store. This led to my anxiety turning into depression. I felt like I was missing out on so much. The typical anti anxiety and depression medications made me feel like a zombie or not even myself. I just felt blah. Like I just existed. I started Ketamine therapy and it has not only improved my life but my marriage as well. I’m more present. I’m happy. I look forward to getting out of the house. Finding Joyous has literally been life changing for me.

Joyous has really begun to change my life. After a few weeks, I began to notice changes in the way I thought and reacted to hard to deal with situations and was able to rationalize better with the unforeseen events that can and do occur. It has also helped with the way I think and not being so negative in thought as I typically am. My anxiety levels have dropped significantly enabling me to do more and accomplish more of what needs to be done and accomplished with out spiraling with invasive thoughts entering into my thought process. The level of depression that I have felt has also decreased as transitioned into the proper dosage. Joyous and there treatment is truly life changing!

I have prayed for years for the relief Joyous provides. I am a working mom of 4, and I've started to feel like I don't get much "me" time. Joyous has helped me relax and see the time that I have by pulling me out of that survival mode and back in reality, that I have time for a lot of things... I just am so busy in my mind, that it was hard to distinguish that. Joyous has also helped me empathize with my kids and slow down so they can enjoy them again. I know I am a good mom, but the lack of "momming" I felt guilty for daily is starting to subside, and I am being more present for my children in more emotional and joyful experiences. I don't get as frustrated, and I don't worry as much, and it opens space up for them to be around me. I know a lot of moms are feeling this way, but don't talk about it because it seems to be part of it... I also know some of those mom's have friend drinking groups or whatever as their decompress. We don't all have that, and honestly, this has been a guilt free alternative treatment for me.
