Personally, I had an amazing experience.

I had a great experience doing this. I did it for 3 months, and it cleaned up the negative news channel that was running in my head most of the day. My anxiety has dropped to very low, very mild and manageable levels, and only rarely does it even surface, and I am more able to self examine and look at things differently and create a different outlook about my past and current life. Plus I got deep restful sleep while on it. I have a better relationship with my son now, Im better in groups of people, more talkative, all in all, it was a great experience and very affordable compared to other ketamine treatments I looked at.

First off, let me start with the positives here. Ketimine treatment has always worked for me. I have been through 2 full rounds of treatment + some "touch-ups" since 2021. They literally saved my life because I was in a very dark place when I first started treatment. For me, it was like night and day. The problem was they tended to wear off after about 2-3 months, which wasn't ideal, I need lasting improvement. So I started Joyous thinking that maybe if I kept it in my system, it would work better, and it DOES. Not only does the medication work, but the time quiet time they recommend to let it kick in forces me to just give myself some time for myself. I use it to relax, declutter my mind, and for meditation. Honestly, I think this is half of what makes it work so well for me. NOW... The company that gives you the meds is abhorrent. There really is no "care team." There is the doctor that gives you the meds that you "check in" with once a month, and this is how that 2 minute convo goes: Dr- How are you doing on the meds? Me- Okay... Dr- (No follow-up on that okay) Do you think we need to change your dose? Me- (Unsure) um. I don't know Dr- Well, we'll just keep you where you're at. Any questions? Me- (With so many, but don't know where to start.) Um, No. Dr.- Okay, we'll speak next month. They send you a daily check-in, asking about your mood, sleep, energy, anxiety, and side effects. Takes 1 minute. This is not reviewed by an MH professional, EVER the nurse, that I got to talk to ONCE, who said it is literally an algorithm that is adjusting my doses. So if I went on there every day saying my does isn't high enough, I could be maxed out in 2 weeks without being questioned about it. When you need assistance, there is no phone number to call. They send you to a text number that I am pretty sure is run by a bot. It takes FOREVER to answer you (I am talking over 24 hours), so if you need help right away... You're not getting it. Their shipping it terrible. You WILL have gaps in your treatment. They do not let you fill until the day your script is out, THEN send it to you, which is often delayed. To me, this all seems like a "Here is your drugs, Good luck." kind of company. Which sucks because what they are (supposed to be) doing is a wonderful thing that helps a lot of people. I am genuinely afraid they are going to get audited or something, and then just disappear, leaving everyone S.O.L. I really don't know how they run a company that hands out scheduled substances with so little medical professional involvement. If there were ANY other company, I would use them.

Life changing... heros... patient... attentive... angels. That's how I feel about Joyous. The K treatments have brought great improvement to my life and those around me. I am eternally grateful.

Taking up meditation in conjunction with Joyous treatment, has symbiotically helped me to a point that I can’t even remember when my emotional and mental health has been so positive. I am not one to write reviews and I am not the lying type. 4 months now and a life changer for me.

Getting signed up, great. Getting review, great. Getting texts, over great. Getting meds in time, horrible. Customer service, uncompassionate and poor. Followed up directly to them at their request

The intake session was thorough and the first dose alleviated my unceasing tears and helped me calm down. The meditation sessions were an excellent compliment to the dosing. I am feeling much better now.
