My experience with Joyous was relatively short but very wonderful. I am one of the few who experienced bladder issues and had to discontinue use, but during the 3 months I used the program my mental health soared. I felt a huge decrease in my anxiety and agoraphobia, I had a more positive outlook in general, and I had zero issues with the program. My provider was informative, refills came in a timely fashion, and I always got a quick response when I submitted questions or feedback during daily check ins. I loved, loved, loved this program and would absolutely continue if my bladder would allow it.

Joyous has made a huge improvement in my mental health! If you’re on the fence about trying don’t be! You won’t regret it.

This was great, until it wasn't. This negative review isn't for the medication itself, that was very helpful. The system itself it set up pretty easy as well. Upon my doctor's recommendation, I weaned off this medication, the Joyous team even helped instruct me how to do this safely. I cancelled service and months went by without incident. Out of the blue, they decided to charge me without my consent to reinstate my subscription. Even more peculiar, when I did have this service, I paid a discounted rate due to my circumstances, but they've decided to charge me the full price of $129 yesterday, all without my consent. I have emailed them, and when I was an active patient, they would respond almost immediately. Since I chased them to reverse this charge, they have not answered any emails. It's a shame because this medicine was helpful and the process was easy, so I'd love to be able.to give a more positive review, but they have fraudulently taken my money months after I cancelled, and have provided no help whatsoever to resolve this issue. They are dishonest, and I felt the need to warn people about this. This product is to help depression, and it does. Robbing people's money however, does not help depression.

I don't know what some people are complaining about, the service is excellent. I think people should expect to be going to a therapist while they are doing this, and not expect prescribing staff to give all the support they need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service for people who are NOT in crisis, but are suffering from entrenched depression.

There was no incentive except to share my honest experience with Joyous. Joyous has been an amazing addition to my daily routine. From who I had been from the beginning of my Joyous journey, I and others have noticed that I’ve become a lot less stressed, anxious, quick to react, and irritated. That’s just the outward behavior. I commend Joyous for the accessibility that’s being provided to people for their mental health at an affordable price. It’s not for everyone, as all medications may not be, but it is the solution for many. There have been hiccups with refills in the past but I think that was a lack of communication to the patient (me) about how many refills would be allowed between each appointment requirement. However, I think the providers do their best and given the incredible comfort level of not having to go into a physical office, sit there and receive intravenous medication that would provide just about the same results, I really think overall I’m very satisfied with this company. Remember, online communities, especially for mental health, will have a lot of voices and opinions. There’s always room for improvement, but there’s effective ways of doing so while still giving grace to people for what they can or cannot do.

When I first started I was a little reluctant but the nurses were so attentive and caring! It made me feel cared for. I would highly recommend these guys to every feeling a little down. My concentration and overall mental health have improved 10 fold. The first thing I noticed was a calm feeling. Then my dreams were next level. Super vivid because I was falling asleep faster and sleeping longer. It also helped my pain levels. All and all I'm extremely pleased with the results!

Joyous saved my life! This program is affordable, safe and it really works. I began my Joyous journey four months ago. I take a 100mg daily split dose--75mg in the morning and 25mg a few hours before bed. My anxiety is gone, my nightmares are gone and I am so thankful! To address some of the negative reviews, I have had no issues with making appointments or receiving my medication in a timely manner. Do your daily check-ins via text (and pay particular attention to texts which ask you to formally request your refill monthly and confirm your flavor and address monthly) and make sure to request an appointment when you're running out of refills just as you would with any other prescription medication. It's easy, just put the date on your calendar. It hurts me to see negativity about this program because this medication can help so many people. It's been an amazing journey for me!

BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY After a wonderful two months and seeing major results, everything went downhill! Good luck getting your refills! This system is a complete disaster and causes more anxiety than it alleviates! I've had three follow-up appointments, and the doctor assured me my refill was all set—two weeks ago. As my refill date approached, I texted repeatedly to ensure there were no delays and received absolutely no response. My refill date was yesterday, and the status changed to "In Progress." This morning, it switched to "Need an Appointment." Then I got a text confirming I need an appointment! Are you kidding me? Now I'm out of meds with a vacation planned! Thanks, Joyous, for ruining my week with no meds! There's nothing JOYOUS about this company or how they do business!
