We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate you sharing your feedback. For transparency, our return policies are always available for customers to review, and we make every effort to follow them consistently to ensure fairness for everyone. You can find our full policy details here: https://www.joyfolie.com/pages/policies. Additionally, each product page includes detailed descriptions, including the fabric composition, so customers can review this information before purchasing. With your order, we received the returned item with stains that were not reported prior to the submitted request as it was outlined in our policy that defects/damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt hence, our team made sure to inform you about the issue and offer to ship the item back to you but never received a response from you. We value all feedback and take concerns about our products and customer service seriously, as they help us continue to improve. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
