HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Make sure whatever you buy you’re going to keep because the customer service is the most horrendous that I’ve ever dealt with. Over 20 emails later trying to initiate a simple return for store credit (which then put me past my 30 day time), I eventually was granted an extension. I sent my items back within a few days of being granted the extension, I was then told that the “week long” extension was no longer being provided, and that I could either pay to have the items I did not want shipped back to me or I could consider them donated. (there was no time notated on the extension and again they were shipped back in less than a week.) After threatening to file dispute charges, I was finally granted store credit that has to be used within a certain amount of time. Save your time, save the hassle. Truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience during the return process. Please know that your situation was reviewed carefully, and multiple exceptions were provided to accommodate your return and issue store credit, even though the return was outside our standard 30-day window. We allowed the return to be processed after the original return window, extended the timeframe for you, and provided an additional exception to issue store credit despite the previous extension having lapsed. Our return policy is always clearly posted on our website, and we advise customers to review it prior to checking out. While we genuinely wish we could make exceptions for every scenario, we are required to follow the policy to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers. Store credit for discounted orders also has an expiration period, as outlined on our site. We truly empathize with how stressful this process has been and understand that it impacted your trust in us. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve communication and processes moving forward.
