Exceptional Holistic and Accessible Healthcare! After switching to Pomegranate Health from another telehealth provider, I’m impressed by their holistic approach and dedication to health equity. They offer care across all states, including Guam and Puerto Rico, and provide interpreters for non-English speakers, making healthcare truly accessible. I receive services for skincare, hair loss, dietitian guidance, and compound tirzepatide treatment. Their membership includes unlimited telehealth visits, and they can prescribe through compound pharmacies or local ones if covered by insurance. Communication is seamless—my care team responds quickly via phone, emails and a MyChart-style interface called Charm. Pomegranate Health is truly setting the standard for inclusive, high-quality care.

I got an appointment to see my doctor for an urgent care visit within 1 hour. Anywhere else, I’d be in the waiting room for half the day. Highly recommend!

I’ve been really happy with this company having switched from another telehealth that was tanking quickly. The processing until you get your meds takes a little bit longer but you just prepare ahead of time to order early (and they are really good at following up at the date you should be ordering). Highly recommend! Hard to beat their prices too for higher doses.

The staff at Pomegranate Health has been more than helpful throughout this process. Being on a GLP-1 is a learning of my body process. There telehealth visits are very convenient. Any questions are addressed in a quick and easy call w/the Provider or Nurse. And if you have any questions or concerns there’s always the Patient Portal for immediate assistance. The pricing of Tirzepatide is affordable from the lowest to highest dose. At this point l’ll be a patient as long as I can afford it.

My experience has been okay if I’m being completely honest. Probably more of a 2.25. The price is great compared with others and I too was told the service is great. My initial appointments were okay, but there’s been a LOT of communication issues. I missed taking my shot for 2 weeks because the representative failed to put in my order. I get reminders for our monthly appointment, that they schedule without checking with me. It’s always for a particular time and day, yet at that time I always get ghosted. I found out today those specific “appointments” with multiple reminders don’t require a call or anything. Then why send it and have me set aside the time, responding to reminders that I’ll be available, if you aren’t going to call or communicate??? Needless to say, it’s weird and poor communication. There’s been a LOt more communication mishaps and I actually fired them and told them to terminate my plan as they were being overly difficult and non-responsive, but then they had an about face and reached out that they could fix it and would do so immediately. I don’t like playing games and want “simple” in my life. I don’t like conflict or complaining or leaving poor reviews, but was asked to complete this and wanted to be honest and transparent. Am I a customer for life, probably not, but am I still with them because they seem to be the best solution for now, yes.

The appointment was very smooth with clear communication before and after. It was so easy for me to get the consultation I needed. The response was very helpful and considerate.
