I have used Pomegranate now for a couple of months and have had several problems with employees calling me an hour or hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time. I actually have never received a call at my scheduled time. I have spoken with other members of staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the nurse who I work with every month uses casual language, does not keep appointment times, lacks knowledge of medications, and is overall unprofessional.

Pomegranate was recommended by a friend that has great success with the company. They are fast and reliable, keeping you up to date on important information relating to healthcare pertaining to you. When you email, a member of the care team responds promptly, anytime of the day. The only thing they could improve on is calling you at the set appointment time. I have had three appointments and had to reach out each time to ask them to call me, 30-75 minutes after my confirmed appointment time.

They aren’t rushed by a 15 minute appointment. They are available almost all the time. It’s been a very smooth process to connect with my Doctor and get the scrips I needed. The assistant Teresa has been extremely helpful with making sure I get my refills on time. Thank you Pomegranate! This is a great service I would recommend everyone to have.
