My first visit was okay. I didn't feel the connection with my NP. Then she went on leave. I really like my current NP she is on top of it.

They cancel every single appointment a minimum of 7-15 times and then auto rebook you to another arbitrary time and date with a different person assuming you can drop everything and continually accommodate- and then it gets cancelled again. I have never experienced anything like this. Go to a primary care doctor instead.

My provider actually listens and seems to genuinely care! As a woman herself, she understands my frustrations. I would recommend Midi to all who suffer with hormonal imbalance. Customer service has been equally responsive to questions and quickly respond.

I found the Doctors to be highly professional. Their decorum was friendly and easily to navigate through questions and concerns. We navigate correctly through the process and my results have been excellent. My own OBGYN did not give this level of care that I got from Midi Health.

I was able to get an appointment fairly soon. My provider was was detail oriented and made me feel like she truly cared. A care plan was implemented with clear instructions and information. My HRTs are being worked.

She collaborates effectively and professionally with me as a patient to choise quality therapeutic options both prescripive and over-the-counter. The virtual / online forum is ideal, convenient, and easy to accessand use. I am very happy with Midi services and therapy.
