Midi Health was very professional, easily booked my appt and I received the patient portal so that I could fill out all of my information before my appointment. The appointment started right on time and I could tell they had read my file and were ready for my appt. I felt listened to and that they cared. They explained the direction we would go hormonally and why. I loved that!!! Getting my labs equally went smoothly and I highly recommend Midi Health.

It was so easy to contact MIDI and set up my appointment! Fast too! No waiting months like it took to be seen by my gynecologist, who only partially treated me with the lowest dose of Estridiol. Horrible company full of incompetent people. Several mistakes in a row, paired with lack of communication and an inability to reach a human, have resulted in quite a bit of pain and suffering. HRT is awesome, but choose a different provider.

I used Midi Health for just a VERY short time as I found the mail order med part to be a bit difficult to navigate against a traveling schedule with the 3-5 day lag. The NP I was assigned, Christine, was kind, professional and knowledgeable. It was easy to communicate with her and the team via the portal. While I have used telehealth regularly for a number of years, I made the decision pretty quickly that the online pharmacy part of my program would not work given my travel schedule and their 3-5 day window from order to send.

I feel that my practitioner really listens and addresses all my concerns. I also love that I can have ONE practitioner for both hormone therapies and weight loss. The convenience of appointment times is major plus as well!
