I have been a MIDI patient for almost two years. My husband and I took a year and a half roadtrip around the US and Canada. There is no way I could have done hormone replacement therapy with a traditional doctor. Midi made it so easy by helping me find care in each state and prescribing a 3 month supply of my medications to get me through our time in Canada. Each provider was understanding and compassionate about my unique situation. I’ve recommended MIDI to several friends and family members. I feel better than I have in years!

At first I was a bit skeptical but after my first consultation I knew that I had made the right decision. My provider actually listened to all my concerns. With all my symptoms that I was experiencing I knew I needed to get some help. I'm glad I chose Midi health. Now that my hormones are in check I feel like me again LOL I don't feel like The incredible hulk anymore!!!!!

Chapter 2
I was visiting doctor after doctor attempting to get answers on weight gain, lethargy, motivation decline and frozen shoulder. I think they heard me but just weren't educated on perimenopause/menopause. It wasn’t until I found Midi that my life changed. I would recommend Midi Health to any and all women over 35. Look no further!

Helped me with my exhaustion
I started using this company due to lack of sleep and found making an appointment very quick and easy. They checked my insurance for me quickly. I got an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. And I had a great conversation with the clinician who helped me and I appreciated it very much would highly recommend!

Misleading and dishonest
UPDATE 7/22/26:
I submitted my complaint to their customer service on July 11, and they did not get back to me with a resolution until July 22. I gave screenshots and documentation of the advertisements I was served, which omitted any information around potential required payments for first-time consults. I walked through their unclear and deceptive user journey, from ad click to visit booking, where at no point was it clearly communicated to me first-time telemed visits may require self-payment of up to $250. I even shared competitor ads served to me the same time that DID indicate either free consults or no $250 consults fees-- all of which gives reasonable consumers like myself the understanding that Midi's service would be on par or better than their competitors.
I also provided the FTC guidelines around deceptive advertising, and how their practices of omitting important material information for the consumer fit the guidelines description:
According to the FTC's Deception Policy Statement, an ad is deceptive if it contains a statement - or omits information - that:
1. Is likely to mislead consumers acting reasonably under the circumstances; and
2. Is "material" - that is, important to a consumer's decision to buy or use the product.
The potential self-pay fee of up to $250 for the first telemed visit is material information that would have significantly influenced my decision to NOT sign-up for a first visit, had it been communicated in the ad. By omitting this information from their ads, they are clearly putting revenue over clear communication to their potential patients -- and I find the practice to be ethically wrong and scammy.
To conclude, the MANY 1-star reviews here referencing dishonest and unclear consult pricing are true and accurate. Avoid Midi at all costs -- you can get better and more affordable service from your in-network medical provider or Planned Parenthood. I honestly can't believe I'm out $200, deceived by a women's health company who promotes itself as "for women, by women". SHAME ON YOU, LEADERSHIP!

Original Review: They ran instagram ads promoting virtual consults, which is easy to schedule and at no point do they tell you that —- nearly a month after the appointment— they’ll suddenly send you $200 bill for that virtual consult. Their advertising is not clear and makes you think it’s a free virtual consult when it isn’t. There is zero chance I would have booked the first virtual consult to see if a certain protocol would be right for me if I had known it would cost $200. I work in marketing and pay attention to how ads are written / designed… this is truly a dishonest and misleading company!!!

My doctor is so supportive and…
My doctor is so supportive and encouraging every visit. I don’t feel like she is in another state. I feel like she is in the same room with me. She understands my concerns and encourages with positivity. She has made the weight loss journey easier, and made me feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin.

Life changing.
I got an appointment quickly. I was so sick of having debilitating pain and other symptoms with every period and being ignored by my primary. After reviewing previous ultrasound and labs my Midi provider was quick to take action. She ordered comprehensive labs and new ultrasounds. I had been suffering for over 20 years. Many specialists i had seen did not have clear explanation for my symptoms. I was always "too young" or was told my issues were not that big of a deal. I have a doctorate degree and work in the medical field but was often treated as though I was incompetent and spoken down to, until I came to Midi. Within the past 4 months my life has changed. I got my hysterectomy which confirmed stage 3 endometriosis and cysts. I am now starting my HRT journey with my midi provider. Not only has Hannah Williams helped with my women's health concerns but she has started to help me with other concerns and I have a nutritionist as well. I am so grateful I found her and Midi.

The visit was exactly what every ad…
The visit was exactly what every ad shows. They listened while dogs barked, doorbells rang, even when I lost my way during the conversation. She spoke to me about now and not what past doctors have said. I basically have a group of people in my corner that don't just smile and nod.
