IWas brushed off by the nurse practitioner who saw me. She did not help me at all. But they were quick to collect the bill. Waste of time and money never again. Idk what or why more information is needed this is my honest review and will never use your services again. I understand the need for further review but I already went to a provider that was able to further assist me. So my info is no longer needed for you all to review.

I have great service for 2 years, but since this year they only allow to order testosterone through their own rx and they almost doubled the price. It still comes from Belmar pharmacy, but Midi keeps the cut.

I presented with a bit of complexity. Nothing that I wasn't able to figure out myself from looking at my labs and tracing down likely causes. I landed on needing progestin to add to my estradiol HRT due to residual endometriosis. I asked for it, and referred them to the hysterectomy/endo removal surgical report indicating I had tolerated it in in the past. They told me to see an in person doctor. If I didn't have to wait 3-6 months to see an in person doctor, I would not have involved Midi at all. They didn't even give specific referrals, although they did call in a mammogram and recommend a CT scan. Paid $250 for a shrug and a generic go find a doctor. They're practicing risk management, not medicine. If you have any complexity, expect problems with this provider.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Midi Health. It was incredibly easy to book my appointment online, and I appreciate having access to my medical records and the ability to message my provider, Janette G., through the Athena Health patient portal. Janette took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my needs. She recommended hormone replacement therapy, which has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life. I also appreciate seeing the same provider at every visit, as it provides continuity of care and allows for a more personalized experience. Overall, the care has been exceptional, and I highly recommend Midi Health to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and convenient healthcare.

I was able to book a visit for the next day with a provider, at a time that was convenient for me. The provider was professional and thorough, ordering lab work through the lab of my choice. Portal is easy to navigate, I was able to see my lab work results and upload paperwork requested from my provider. I received my prescriptions easily and quickly through my preferred pharmacy.MIDI is accepted by my insurance. Best of all, I’m finally getting relief from my symptoms!

So far I really like the providers. They do listen and answer questions and seem to have a good understanding of midlife needs. However, their customer service is not good. It is all generic responses directing you how to access things and not answering questions directly. I’ve had about 6 messages in the portal with the same generic response and when I called the customer service line they basically took my info and never called back. I have charges on my flex spending account via insurance with no receipts so now I am paying double. I want to continue seeing my provider but not sure I can afford too with these issues.

The convenience of virtual visits is a huge benefit for anyone in a rural area. Everything is FDA approved. Midi accepts most insurances, which is frequently not the case with an HRT group. My provider genuinely listened to me, validated my concerns, and we developed a plan together. Sometimes a medical visit can feel one-sided, like you are just being told what is going to be done. I did not feel that way! It was definitely a tandem plan!

I am so happy I did. The coaching from my clinician, her advice and her understanding of what I need has helped me with my weight loss journey. I am starting to believe that not all is hopeless. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The support, meds, and meetings with my clinician is something that has made me realize that I can reach my weight loss goal. Thank you.
