I just want to say that my doctor Charity Krause is amazing and I hope I still get to work with her through the coming years. I'm not usually a fan of online doctors but she has shown me through and through that she cares more than anything about my well-being than any doctor I have ever met. I'm really glad I found her on Midi. I know they bombard their doctors with so many appointments that they don't even have time to breathe, so I just hope she's still around the next few months. Midi, please update your platform to allow your providers to have at least a 10-minute break in between each session? Most doctors require at least 30 minutes in between each session, but you guys are getting these people by the 2nd and you're not getting them at their best because of that. Please do better? It's really not that hard.

I have had perimenopause symptoms for well over a year and no one even ordered hormone levels or anything. I am grateful for midi.

Today I met with my NP Charity Krause for the third time. I cannot express how grateful I am to her. She has made me feel seen and heard for the first time in 20+ years. I started this journey because I am a 51yo postmenopausal woman and have been trying to push through the symptoms for the last few years without success. She has helped navigate through getting started on HRT. Not only that, she is looking at other aspects of my health that may be affecting my response to the HRT. She is addressing things I have been begging doctors to help me with for years. I am so appreciative of her and the training providers at Midi are given. I have hope for the first time in so long.

I was directed towards midi health by Google after much research on my issues. It was easy to get an appointment, my clinician was on time and spent her time listening to me and providing input of how she could help me. I am very satisfied with my experience. MIDI health does take my insurance however I’ve had issues with my insurance in the past so I’m waiting to see what kind of a bill I receive.

My experience with Midi was excellent from start to finish. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel heard and understood. I never felt rushed, and the visit was informative and reassuring. I left with a treatment plan that made sense for my symptoms and felt confident moving forward. If you're looking for knowledgeable, compassionate care for hormone therapy and menopause or perimenopause concerns, I highly recommend Midi.

Ladies if you are on the fence...jump off and join the rest of us that are getting the treatment and care we deserve. This is your life, get it back.. This Midi health care is here for us...the us that have been blown off, the us that have been ignored, the us that know something just isn't right. You know your body..you know who you are and what has changed. There is Finely help and people willing to listen and not judge us and more importantly willing to help us find a solution. . Take the leap and get your life back.

I had a OB-GYN in Dallas who I really loved; I got started on HRT with her. But I changed jobs and moved across the country, so before I left, my provider in Dallas recommended that I try Midi to be able to keep going with my HRT prescriptions until I could find a new provider in my new city. I'm so glad she did - moving is stressful enough, and trying to wait for new insurance to kick in and find a new OB-GYN and keep my HRT going seemed daunting. Midi has taken the stress out of that! My Midi clinician, Kara Clark, has been wonderful. She listens and provides excellent guidance. I've been able to stay on my HRT regimen and start GLP-1s at an affordable price, and the telehealth appointments work great for me because I don't really have the flexibility at my new job to take off for doctor's visits. I would absolutely recommend Midi to anyone in perimenopause who isn't getting great care from their regular provider, or who, like me, is between providers. Thank you, Midi!!!

A 250$ scam. They gaslight you, won’t treat you, and take your money. Scam. Update: after ‘escalating’ my grievance 3 times, they sent me a form letter saying I do not get a second opinion and I will not be refunded despite this experience.
