The practioner I’m working with is knowledgeable, accessible, and thorough and I fully trust her guidance and expertise . Working with MIDI has helped my feel better and feel better about my healthcare

Had my very first appointment which went well with the provider. She sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I have received a bill for a full $250 even though my insurance is a PPO and should cover it. I have sent several emails, and I have made several phone calls that have not been returned, you can never speak to anybody….This is very frustrating!!! I am yet to pay my bill until I can talk to somebody because it is my understanding after reading several reviews that they don’t even try to submit claims to the insurance. They just send a bill first. Ugh!!! Therefore, I have not even started my very first prescription because if it is not going to be covered for all of these visits through my insurance, they need to let me know!

I love the care I get from MIDI clinic and Dr. Lederman. Dr. Lederman is always attentive, listens and addresses all of my concerns. She lives the philosophy of not letting menopause symptoms keep one from living well.

A nurse practitioner recommended MIDI to me and praised the quality of their service. I have been absolutely delighted. I did not want to go through the frustration of my doctor’s front office and being rushed in and out when I wanted to ask questions. My MIDI nurse practitioner gave me time to ask questions and it was clear to me that I would have no issue reaching out if I had any side effects from my treatment. I am so pleased that I exercised a bit of self care and from the privacy of my home consulted with a professional and genuinely caring provider who seamlessly filled my prescriptions and scheduled follow ups. Thank you so much MIDI. I’d recommend this service to anyone considering it.

My provider is the first one that has ever listened and heard my concerns and addressed them, rather than blowing me off. She has created a plan to fit my needs and it has worked! I only regret not doing it sooner!!

It was easy to schedule and get an appointment quickly. The nurse asked good questions and really listened. And in just one week on the new meds, I feel much, much better. I am sleeping for the first time in years.

Was with midi for about 8 months. Everything was great until recently. Dr was super great but the nurses are not. Communication is horrible. You can't talk to a real person until your appoint with your dr. Communication is through messaging only. Don't even think you'll get a medicine covered by insurance if it needs a prior authorization because that team doesn't know what they are doing. If a prior auth does get sent, it's days later & it is incomplete causing the insurance to deny coverage. Ive been without medication for 4 days now and insurance still hasnt received the prior auth fir it. messages sent to them are ignored. Questions to dr need to be categorized correctly, if not someone else answers for the dr. Email to midi goes unanswered. Horrible service!!!!!!!
