Revised review06/26/24: Midi Health reached out to address my concerns following my previous visit Today, my provider Angela delivered excellent service. The appointment started on time and was focused on my needs. I am impressed with the improvements and would now confidently recommend their services. My experience with MIDI Health was thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled for 09:30 AM, and I dutifully signed on at 09:25 AM, as instructed. Little did I know that this early sign-on would only add insult to injury. After waiting patiently for an agonizing 30 minutes past my scheduled time, the clinician finally appeared on the screen, only to inform me that she needed to reschedule our appointment. The sheer lack of respect for my time was astounding. Not only did I waste precious time waiting, but the clinician's tardiness and subsequent request to reschedule were wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. It's evident that MIDI Health lacks the basic organizational skills necessary to manage appointments effectively. I had hoped for a professional and timely consultation, but instead, I was met with incompetence and disregard. Needless to say, I will not be returning to MIDI Health, nor would I recommend their services to anyone seeking reliability or respect for their time. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and inconvenienced, highlighting a glaring need for improvement in MIDI Health's appointment management practices.

I have found MIDI care to be more attentive and proactive than that of my primary care physician. I see the same provider each time, and she is very thorough. I have seen significant relief from my menopausal symptoms and have recommended MIDI to numerous women I know who are struggling with sleep issues, weight gain, and other midlife health challenges.

I honestly thought it would be different with MIDI and I would have someone who would help me but I haven’t forren any thing yet and I keep emailing back and forth and sending everything needed my doctor is rarely in the office. I’m going to see if I can find another provider in person, no one is taking my labs seriously and it’s extremely concerning being that I have an autoimmune disease. Midi is not the answer for anyone they don’t appear to be helpful it’s a scam. They only accept group Health Insurance and will not proceed any further with you if you have any type of Government Insurance such as Tricare, ChampVA, Medicare or Medicaid. They are for no one don't waste your time .

Finally! A medical professional who listened without judgement, and was highly knowledgeable and caring. Midi--a great resource for those who are looking for menopause solutions from a trusted medical professional. My search is over. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience my nurse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She always gets back to me within 48 hours if I have questions. Initially I had only planned to use this service short term while I looked for a local doctor but now I’m just going to continue with this

My clinician was excellent. She listened to my concerns; gave me multiple options and answered all my questions!

It was a very well-organized visit and I felt like it was actually pretty comprehensive. I didn’t feel like it was a targeted appointment but really looked at every aspect of me. The Rx and plan was explained to me and I had time to ask questions. I didn’t feel like it was a rushed appointment whatsoever.
