My primary has been pretty dismissive of my symptoms so after some research I found MIDI to help with my hormone imbalance. So far it has been super easy to use, no hidden fees and the doctor I spoke to answered all of my questions while being genuine and interested in my concerns.

She listened to me (which PCP’s these days don’t have time to do). She understood me and my symptoms. Came up with a great starting plan.

My NP is Erin Kemp
My NP is Erin Kemp. She always makes me feel seen. Has clear explanation of all my questions and concerns. Explains the pros and cons of all meds she prescribes. My day is so much better after speaking with her. She is always professional and always makes my experience very pleasant.

My experience with MIDI has been…wonderful!
My experience with MIDI has been amazing from the very beginning. I am so thankful to have found MIDI and Julia who I have been working with. She has addressed my concerns from the very beginning and our conversations about my health and needs are always met. I'm so fortunate for finding MIDI and Julia!

Sadly I had high hopes
Sadly I had high hopes, but it is all the same. Terrible communication, no phone support, and I am not quite sure how deep they can really go for you.
I requested an appointment, got in very easily, sent my insurance information over. Did my appt today, the camera on my end stopped rolling with the NP, I just ignored that as I could hear her well. I came prepared with all my info so the session seemed smooth, I did not learn a lot but she seemed to easily support sending my labs over and ordering me a prescription. That was all easy.
The personal info form froze up, I did not hear back from support on the issue prior to the appt, so she filled in the rest and said it happens all the time.
Just now, 3 hours after my appt, I get a vague text: this is Midi, your insurance is out of network.
So what does that mean? I go into my email, no email, no additional messages.
Ok so usual scenario, they have a phone number, there is no support, they want you to email, no connection to the billing dept, just a voicemail saying to leave a message and your email, so obviously they are not calling me back....
So what does this mean for me now, am I getting billed for labs? For prescriptions? For the visit? How much is it? How can you just send a vague text like I am a robot? This is medical, this is personal and this was supposed to be more supported than the typical care you get from your general care... It is so deflating.
I do not recommend it unless you want to be as frustrated as you were with your usual communication you get from your usual sick care ooops I mean health care institutes.

Hi Jennifer! We are very sorry to hear this has been your Midi experience so far. Unfortunately your insurance is not an accepted plan so that means your appointments will be self-pay. Our accepted insurance plans are listed on our website here, https://www.joinmidi.com/pricing-insurance. Our billing team also sent you an email with more information regarding your out of network insurance and the cost for self-pay appointments. We will escalate this to our billing team to have them reach out to you again to discuss this with your further and answer any questions you may have regarding prescription and lab coverage and costs. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience! Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

Make the appointment today!
This was so easy and streamlined. After being completely dismissed by my GYN, I was so frustrated. I was a little nervous about an online service but the whole process was seamless and easy. The provider really listened to me and we made a plan right away. I was prescribed hormones to address my symptoms and cannot wait to work with person going forward. Definitely recommend!
