Easy to set up an appointment and it only got better when meeting with my provider. Ashley is gold! She listens but also has so much knowledge to share. I felt seen and heard beyond my words. My only regret is that I didn’t meet her years earlier on my health journey! I am so grateful.

Women’s healthcare can be difficult to secure due to location, availability, cost, and childcare. Add onto this list the fact that modern, traditional medicine does not usually include perimenopause care. MIDI checks all of these boxes that can impede women from getting the healthcare they need and deserve.

It was a zoom meeting. It was on time. She was very professional. We talked. She showed me from hormone therapy’s to natural remedy. The things that are asked for and my questionnaire and also she was easy to talk to my male primary doctor. Can’t answer a question that women needs to be answered.
