I bought a fine hat, well constructed that I liked, BUT the size I ordered XL turned out to be too big. I have tried to contact JJ Hat Center several times in the last week to work out how to exhange this had and get the smaller size. Though I have tried both by phone and email, I have gotten no response- at all. I can't understand it.

Have been waiting a week for a response from the “service” team. I was promised I would hear within 48 hours. Was pleased until I needed something and then the customer service experience fell off the grid. Unfortunate company not aware of the damage this does to their brand. If you truly care about customer care then stay on top of issues that make the experience positive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to respond as quickly as we normally do. Some requests require additional time to review and resolve. However, we should have kept you informed. We understand your disappointment and regret that our communication fell short of the level of service you rightly expected from us. Your feedback is important, and we are taking it seriously. Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience. Best regards Jérôme CEO
