shipping and delivery were excellent
shipping and delivery were excellent. first hat wrong size. easy return and replacement sent while original hat in transit back to retailer. would gladly purchase here again.

Overall JJ hats is GREAT
JJ hats is GREAT! I purchased a Borsalino Hat years ago from them in person; thought I'd try on line for an inexpensive hat.. Hat looks fine- SIZING was off!! I have a very small head (55-56 cm) and so I ordered a "small" - it looks good, but was way oversizer (fixed wirth items to "ADJUST" hat size.

They have a good selection an always coming out with new hats jj is my number 1 hat place to go to they got me.
