Hitting a snag.
JJ always does a good job. This time I hit a snag. I had ordered two caps. A week or so later I received a notice from DHL that I had a package pending from Germany. I had no idea what this was, and was told that to receive the package I needed to submit either my passport number or drivers license number. I was unwilling to submit personal information so I guess the package was returned to Germany.

We completely understand your hesitation when DHL requested personal identification information, especially when you were not expecting an international shipment.
