We ordered subs with the online app and asked for additional items specifically in the box provided. The subs did not have what we asked for and were sloppily put together. We complained to the store and were told that they would remake them but we would have to come puck them up. What good is the app? Worthless! This happened in Clarksville, TN

I have tried to install your app 6 times and your system won't let me install it. I have been a loyal customer for years. Look at my shore points rewards record (720 979 9669 or (303 722 3795). Jersey Mike's is the WORST! They offer delivery Saturday on game day. Ordered subs for delivery, took my $ from my credit card, but did NOT deliver the subs! THIEVES, CHEATERS, STEALERS!

I placed an order at 3:45 and was told to be there at 4 for pickup. I walked in and there were two other guests in the store. No one spoke to me or acknowledged me. There were 5 employees that I saw. Two young girls looking at a cellphone near the cooktop. I waited patiently for my food to be placed on the “Pick Up” shelves. At 4:06 a girl began ringing up a customer and asked if I was waiting on an order. I said yes and gave her my name. Apparently my order was on the counter beside the pick up shelves but on the back counter side. I couldn’t have seen it. It was almost 8 after 4 and she looked in the bag and said oh they forgot one. It was another hot sub, I had ordered 5 easy ones, so I then had to wait for that. After it was done she popped it in the bag and handed it to me. No apologies given. Just a “there you go.” When I got back to work four of the subs were not labeled, one had a number 14 on it. (At another sub shop they write names on them). I thought that was what the blank that asked for a name on the order form online. I gave names for each. I had to open all four up to figure out who’s was who’s. I even tipped when I ordered and paid ahead. Big mistake. I’m very disappointed in this visit.

Jersey Mike's just moved into our area and I disappointed in my sandwich. I ordered a portabella mushroom sandwich. The sandwich was overstuffed with cooked onion and peppers which overwhelmed any mushroom that there. I poked through the onion/pepper mix and found only tiny bits of mushrooms - which amounted to no more than a half teaspoonful. And the mushrooms tasted like Del Monte mushrooms out of a can, not a freshly cooked Portabella. I feel that I was cheated and won't go back.

We Received our delivery from the Clinton NJ location. Everything that we ordered was not on the subs and next to no meat. I called the location and spoke with Isaiah. He was very rude , I asked if he could talk to me with respect he then hung up on me. I’ve been getting Jersey Mike’s for 20 years. This will be my last time.
