Reminds me of the old Wendy’s commercial “Where’s the Beef”. My question is where’s the meat. Been to 3 different locations. Skimpy sandwich, small in size and terribly overpriced. A huge disappointment and a bigger Rip Off.

I bought a giant sub on 6/11/21 I was informed it was double points day being enrolled In the program I was awarded the normal 12 points when I checked back 6/14/21 I spoke to the manager and to my surprise he recalled Me and my purchase and awaiting double points This is Great Customer Service in Lincolnton NC I was sold before and continue to be a on going customer. This MANAGER deserves a credit or raise for his recall Great staff as well THEY DO CARE HIGHLY RECOMENDED

OMG, where do I begin? Ok, SOGGY! Jersey Mikes ad's focus on their "Red wine vinegar" drip. In all of my 58 years I have never seen or heard any fast food place rave about anything less minor, especially since the last thing I'd put on a sandwich is basically Water! So, the rest is simple; this is "Subway" with a different name, & I cannot for the life of me think of any better way to describe their "Long Hot Dog bun" sandwiches. I truly believe all of the disappearing Subway stores simply changed their name & tweaked their menu, & not for the better. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I like the food, but every time I order for pickup my food isn't ready... People walk in, wait in line, get their sub made and leave while I wait for an order I placed online 30+ minutes before. You need to look into making subs in the order they were received...

I'm from New Jersey and i never heard of Jersey mikes. Place sucks anyway, don't waste your money.

I went to Jersey Mikes today ( my 3rd time there ) The guy taking my order asked if I would like fried onions & green peppers on my cheese steak sub, and I sed yes, that sounds good. Well....there were no onions or peppers on my cheese steak sub 😕😕 Dont think I'll be going back .

I went to a busy place and the team did a great job. Names Kay,Colby and manager Alex. This location was 8590 Rio San Diego Drive. On date 5/07/21 at 1:05pm. Great job I left feeling appreciated. Thank You
