Fast fresh and great staff

Went to the Erie Blvd, Dewitt store. Teach your employees to speak and smile at your customers. Cashier never said a word to me. Won’t go there again

This is probably my 4th time there I watched my sandwich being made and then it sat on the counter for a good 5 minutes while 3 other employees stood around chatting doing nothing. Finally the one employee took sandwich and wrapped it up and put it in the bag. then instead of calling the number and name it just sat there until my son who had paid for the order walked up and waited for the people behind the counter to finally acknowledge him and he had to ask for the sandwich. No apology for keeping him waiting or offering an explanation or anything. Also when we went to pay for meals there was no asking if we were rewards members or given the opportunity to enter rewards number to get points just rush to ring up the meal even though they were not very busy. I will think long and hard before coming back there again

I ordered philly steak & cheese - finished product showed no cheese, barely mushrooms and onions and very greasy. Bowie, MD location. You are officially black listed!!!!!

Despite good subs in the past, today's experience was poor. Ordered two subs, # 8 and #13. The #8 sub was acceptable but the # 13 did not even cover the bread and did not include extra olive oil and red wine vinegar. Lacking in overall acceptance given prior experience. Not what was expected. Will stop ordering .

First time I order from them and not a good experience . They mess my order and when I call them they so unprofessional and nasty . I was charged for a delivery that never happened so now I have to contact my bank to denied this charge . Never again they are hostile and not honest

I got the Regular Italian sub early in the morning at 10:30 and the sub was fresh but when I ate it a little later at home it was very soggy. It fell apart. I should have eaten it in the shower. Besides that it's too small for a 10 dollar price. This was the first time and I probably won't go back.
