Friends before customer.

Two weeks ago I visited a new store in Scottsboro AL. I ordered a regular sandwich and all went well until I got it home. The bread was so hard I had to put it in the microwave to soften the bread. This shouldn’t happen if the bread is fresh. Plus their prices are out of order. 10 dollars for a regular and 17 dollars for a large!! Subway is looking good. Get your act together Jersey Mike’s.

We ordered two catering boxes delivered. We ordered two catering boxes delivered. The staff was excellent to deal with, and the sandwiches were delicious, filling and more than enough for our guests. I would’ve given them a five star review, unfortunately, the sandwiches were not marked. So you didn’t know what you were getting until you unwrapped it. even with this inconvenience I still think they make the best sandwiches in Statesboro.

They can't take an order and get it right. Calling a Philly should be a crime. No flavor, over cooked. I used to eat at Gino's when I was still in Philly and didn't expect that but sure didn't expect what I had here. Never going back here. Wonder where Mike is really from !

I was shocked today that Jersey Mike’s store was fully staffed yet they couldn’t get to make a sandwich in 30 minutes - the Boynton Beach FL store needs a second prep station for sure. To add insult to the waiting people - the slicer person would make 3 app sandwiches then make 1 order for a person waiting. One time she made 6 sandwiches then 1 sandwich. Why not have a prep are in the back for app orders. After a 1/2 hour wait - I laughed when paying - and a 20% tip was proposed - Ha, Ha. Good sandwiches - food prep needs to be overhauled or it is back to Subway.

I don't think this Mike guy, has ever had a really Philly. If he has, he must think Kentucky people wouldn't know what a good one is supposed to be. His version is a horrible sandwich, regardless of what you call it. The steak has burnt crispy edges, what little pepper there were had no flavor whatsoever and apparently ?. Onions are caught up in the supply chain issues. This is without a doubt, the worst sandwich I have ever had from a sub shop Do not waste your money on Mikes Philly !

THE LOCATION WAS BROAD AND 360 IN MANSFIELD TX. MESSED UP INGREDIENTS IN MY SANDWICH BY PUTTING JALAPENOS WHERE I HAVE AN ALLERGY TO. I WAS ACCUSED OF POSSIBLY SCAMMING THEM, POSSIBLY WRONG LOCATION,BECAUSE THEY COULDNT FIND MY TICKET, IPICKED UP THE ORDER. NO APOLOGY, NO EMPATHY, EXPLANATION OF POSSIBLE CROSS CONTAMINATION. I RETURNED THE SANDWICH.
