jersey mikes doesn't deserve my respect by not capitalizing their name. They don't give a crap about customer. Their liars at corporate, that have a fake number listed. They said they will respond to you complaint within 48 business hours,that's total bs. They never responded back. Corperate don't give a care about its customers and it trickles down to the local shop. They don't care if they mess up your order. Your stuck with their mess up and refuse to corrrct it. All they want is your money. Once you pay your at their mercy to get your order. I'm never ever going back to a jersey mike their not honest . I can go anywhere that gives good customer servic and food. Their sandwiches are way over priced for what you pay for $13 for a small sandwich. I rather go to Togo's they have better food snd service. Forget jersy mikes and go somewhere else.

The company should have at least two attendants, one to take the orders and another to prepare the food. They should perform different functions. The food preparer shouldnt do the cashier tasks and shouldnt be accepting money from customers. This is so unsafe and disgusting if the food preparer also does the cashiering. I am referring to the Kersey Mike's on Flamingo Road and Sheridan/Taft Ave.

No eatery has product that they show on TV. That said, I like Jersey Mike's but there tomatoes are very thinly cut, give me what you show ! Anthony, from Allentown, PA.

For my 1st visit to Jersey Mike's Fishkill. I was a bit taken back by the staff. Although the two Servers who waited on me were very pleasant. They were not Sanitary by any means. Both servers Did Not have gloves on while preparing mine and other orders. Their work station was not clean either. As I stated this was my very first visit to the store. It was also my last. In the time COVID-19. You would think that an Establishment such as Jersey Mike's would enforce safety and cleanliness to their staff. I guess not!

Today was the Jersey Mike's Day of giving. My parents had just returned from the Southern Winter. We got 2 regular subs and a Giant Portabello Mushroom & Chicken Cheese "Steak". It was AMAZING! We decided on the Gisnt sub so my husband & I could have some for lunch the next day. It was really good. Would DEFINITELY get this sub again!

After calling to place an catering order was told it has to be done on line. Ordered $300 plus worth of subs for the next day. The system would not accept credit card so had to try twice. It went through but the system had reset pick up for same day. Called the store asap and clerk seen the order and said he would make sure it was not for same day but next day. Mistake was not getting his name. They made subs and said take them or leave them but we have to pay. They have the receipt where there system changed the date and the gentleman that took the call would not step forward and accept his fault. To say we will not be back is an understatement. I ordered a turkey sub no cheese. They poured so much oil on it and the bread was so soggy I couldn't eat it. I asked for just mayo. 😖
