Albertville MN Location keeps messing up my order. Love the sandwiches but window pick-up service sucks unbelievable low quality. Today they gave me Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi (i'm diabetic), last week got a Mushroom only sub and wanted number 66 (total mix up)... To make it worse, they seal the bag so have to rip everything open to even check at the window. They seem very confused, disorganized even on simple logistics. Subs great, service sucks so bad I can't justify returning now. Every single time there's been issues (last five times I used Jersey Mikes). Really frustrated check your damn orders this is such a simple fix yet issues continue.

The sub wasn’t too bad, but trying to use the jersey points is a joke. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. They lie to you. Don’t fix the problem.

Sure their prices may have increased like everything in life but there is a difference. Difference is the still make a hearty quality sandwich while not charging extra for every item.

Placed an order @ Jersey Mikes in Flossmoor,IL. I ordered 2 giant sandwiches, only to find out when I returned home that my order was incorrect! I submitted a complaint, was contacted by CS to no avail. It was useless & a waste of time! This happens quite often when ordering online. This is the reason why businesses fall under due to lack of quality customer service.

What have you done to your sub rolls they are now hard and chewy or are they to old. Use to go all the time not so much anymorr

I’ve been to 3 jersey mikes locations and they were all very clean and welcoming! the employees were kind and courteous, if you are reading this get the # 8 the mikes way!! Spanish for Utah location is my favorite

Most expensive roll I ever bought. Paid $18.00 for what was to be a giant cheese steak only they neglected to put any real amount of meat in the sandwich. The place was a total rip off.

Paid alot for a giant sandwich they lady said they were busy. All that money great I'm stuck with a sandwich I didn't order.
