I visited Jersey Mikes In Roxboro NC on Sunday 5/19/24 at 9:20 am Both front doors were locked and i taped on the glass until i was finally noticed. The employee was standing around in the back talking The employee said that management new he was opening late. The sign outside was lit up (OPEN) This is the second time i have visited this store and found the doors locked. I don't know how many others have already walked off . If you are concerned about keeping this store open i would address this issue my ticket #is 01-001482-01-338978 Thanks Your food was great.

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s subs at your location located in 2941 Main St., Glastonbury, CT 06033 the GM Jonique Davis brings a lot of value to the brand miss Davis is a white unicorn 10 star status rating. The GM Miss Davis can vouch for me all of my transactions I’ve been purchasing gift cards from Jersey Mike’s Located, Glastonbury, Connecticut for quite some time my average transaction are between $800 dollars and between $1000 dollars a month respectfully I would like to get credit for the purchases on my app so I could help out even more for the people who Live on the streets be so kind enough and make it happen. I don’t wanna lose my blessings from the Almighty Lord, but it’s important that Jersey Mike’s subs understand why I’m purchasing the gift cards for. How difficult is it to make a simple sandwich? The newly opened location on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs, GA, could not get it right after several attempts. I ordered the #42 without cheese. My son picked up the order and once he arrived home, we discovered the order was wrong. We called, shared the error and they asked us to return so they could make the change. Order was picked up and once again, the order was wrong. The employee who answered the phone asked if we coming back to pickup because they were trying to close the store down. The time was around 8:15pm. I mentioned that I was frustrated and had no plans to return today. He asked me what was the purpose of my call and was I calling to just tell them they got the order wrong? I answered, I would not be returning today on a third attempt and would return tomorrow. He responded, “When your frustrated self returns, ….. I cannot not remember anything else because I could not believe he had the nerve to respond that way over their errors, not mine!! Note: Jersey Mike has my money for something I never received.

The service was immaculate! They were so nice and helpful with information about menu items! Definitely going back for not just the good subs but great service!

order my food on mobile app, it say about 20mins ok cool then the time change, ok cool . when the order said 5 mins away, I clocked on break bc my job you need a badge to get in so i called driver and told him i would meet him outside. Driver says he not even close to me, and will call me when he is closer. at this point im a little confused bc the app said 5 mins after 5 i call the store, they say we cant help you sorry its a 3rd party, i say ok and call driver back and ask how long so i can clock out for another break when he is close. he says idk i have to put you in gps after i drop off my first order. fine. 10 mins later he calls and says he 8 mins but prob take him 5/6 at this point . There is no lunch to many breaks ill have to wait. So i call jersey mikes ask for refund, thinking no problem we talked to you earlier, Nope. the kid on the phone talking in circles so i said IM at WORK, he said me too, but the difference is, this is YOUR jobnit mine, so i decided to just take the sandwhich back which my manger is even like yes take it back. I get there and tired of back and forth and like I just want a refund. The "manager" says NO, i told him my break is over, and the bag wasnt closed properly, he says thats the risk you take when ordering online, excuse me? So I asked him again whats the point in going back and forth with me instead of just giving me MY money back. I want the answer to that question with an apology and my money back. Since when do you speak to people who choose to patronize your business like we aint nothing and tell me. he is not giving me money back. Oh and apparently MEGAN he says is the GM and "she loves me" from what he said there must be truth to it cause i don't know her or him, but I know his actions today were appalling and because i wanted a refund. the risk you take is having customers wanting a refund, when i say he was so nasty with me about it. There is definitely and underlying issue that needs addressing.

Always out of something... customer service sucks...basically they need competition

Bought a giant #17 which is cheese steak with peppers and onions in Lebanon Tn. - now Jersey mikes cold subs are outstanding , but todays cheese steak was not good — skimpy onions and peppers—- could have put the whole cheese steak onto half of the sub.- a giant steak and cheese is to skinpy. -I tasted way better and more filling elsewhere. Sorry— just stick to the outstanding cold subs

It was our very first time ever going to a jersey mikes so decide to try it they never asked what type of bread you wanted & rushed you up as shes writing it down on tablet paper & when we asked about bread types we were told our food was already ready and to top all they weren't wearing gloves the food was made on bare counter it was so nasty we just threw the food away waste of money and time. Oxford North Carolina . Save your money go somewhere else
