I ordered as we've done many times. A #13 and Roast beef with provolone. Skimpiest subs ever. I called and spoke to the manager. He says, "That is the way the sub comes that other employees are added too much meat" I offered t bring it in he refused. No more Manchester NJ Jersey Mike's for us. Pd close to $50 including delivery and tip.

Assistant manager Andrew also kind and polite makes sure your visit is always great and Joe made our giant sub it was perfect this world needs more nice people like Andrew and Joe see you all again for my next sub next week

I order a #1 which is just a BLT off doordash when it arrives i open it to find out it's just lettuce with a single slice of tomato. I drive all the way to the store even tho i paid a lot of money to have it delivered so i specifically didn't have to drive. When i get there they were obviously training a new employee at the pickup counter so I was like ah no problem they'll just make me a new one. The guy who was training goes NOPE i will NOT make you a new one i can take back your old sandwich and put bacon on it for you, which is rediculous because at this point the food has been sitting in hot cars for at least an hour (it's 90+ degrees out and humid here). I tell him this is your error and I just want a new sandwich then he gaslights me and says "NO i was right you ordered that with no bacon and no mayo" I show him the reciept and my doordash app (it saves all notes on orders) which neither said to remove anything. He proceeds to print up a fresh reciept that says no bacon no mayo and says see it's right here you are wrong you are not getting a new sub you can get in line and buy another. Needless to say i slammed that sandwich in the trash can and got some Wendy's will never ever go back to jersey mikes. Paid about $30 for a bag of chips and a bite of lettuce bread lesson learned.

I drive 25 miles to go to Jersey Mike’s Springfield Illinois two sometimes three times a week because The food is fantastic. Today Saturday I was in a hurry and drove all the way there and there’s a line of 10 people. I got in line and the problem is a young kid making sandwiches took about 10 to 15 minutes on each and every sandwich. All the other employees were busting there ass. This employee put a pinch of lettuce on a little at a time. Everyone in line were so upset. Some walked out. They should have sent him home it took 40 min to get one sandwich. I have never seen in my life anyone move that slow. Management needs to do something

There was basically no meat or cheese in the ham and provolone wheat wrap I ordered. It was like a lettuce and tomato wrap.This has happened the last 3 times I ordered. I will not order from there, again. Additionally, the wrap was soggy from the amount of oil and vinegar in which it appears to have been submerged. Yuk!

The Lenoir City, TN location is where I usually go. The people are always friendly, especially Tallehua. She is courteous and bright. I always get the same thing and she remembers each time.

Maybe the store will have more business if the right employees are working. I enter the store at the new Owings Mill location on Sunday afternoon. The person looked at me and didn’t say a word. After standing there about five minutes then they said “you know what you want” smh. For one know one was in the store but me. Know sandwiches were being made as like online order. Some young lady with an Afro walking around like she had an attitude. And she didn’t even make my order. Some young lady came of the back to make my order.

Jersey Mike's has gone down hill along with the corporate office the workers are more concerned about their social media than their customers and you can't complain to the company I'd like to start a sandwich shop and just hire people over 40 years old Jersey Mike's is nothing special slice cold cuts thin and you have it the rest is just basic common sense
