Purchased cooktop, built in oven and microwave in 2022. After a delayed installation the oven had a power failure that couldnt be repaired for two months. 6 months later a fan issue on the oven which couldnt be repaired for two months and now a keypad error and the oven is not working again. The company is most interested in selling me an extended warranty for a product that is obviously faulty. I would recommend avoiding buying a Jenn Air product.

From Sherbrooke, Quebec My JennAir wall oven was bought March, 2021 and now, February 2024, the computer panel is dead. If you call to speak to them, look forward to listening to disgusting music for 20 minutes while you wait to speak to somebody. DO NOT buy a JennAir convection oven.

We ordered our total package of JennAir kitchen appliances in March 2023, expected delivery August 2023. The dealer can't even give us an estimated delivery date. I'm tired of harassing them when the problem is JennAir. They won't even talk to me and insist I go only to the dealer. Help? Any ideas??

Only reason I gave one star is because we have to pick at least one... We've had the combo microwave/oven wall unit for a number of years (over a decade). The control panel has been defective from pretty much the end of year one or two. Every single time you experience a power outage and it comes back, you have to go to the breaker and turn it off and on. The microwave on it's best days was weak beyond belief and finally just stopped working a couple of years AND surprise, surprise...no more parts available for it. truly one of the biggest piece of crap on the market. I have no doubt that the two 5 star reviews are from the company themselves trying to pad their deplorable ratings...avoid it like the plague... Hey JennAir, you want to appease me?...send me a whole new unit for a start...

My sister-in-law loved the Jenn Air stove until it became unfixable. Bought 36 inch slide range gas and gas. Earl B. FIEDEN Clifton Park NY replaced the thermostat 3 times. She can't believe after spending $5,000 this stove only lasted me 11 years. "She will never or recommend Jenn Air ever again."

I purchased my Microwave / Oven Combonation in Feb 2018 the Motherboard malfunctioned less than a year and had to be replaced, Now it has gone out again that would be Three motherboards in less tha six years. Called the Approved service company and they will not even give me a estimate for repair cost. I now understand why manufacturers have class action lawsuits. This equipment is junk and this company is running a sham on the public.

Another day with no response. We are still without a working 100% JennAir oven. No one gets back to us and we just sit. They are all usless, the manufacturer, the appliance store, the extended warranty company and the service techs. STAY AWAY FROM ALL WHIRLPOOL products, just DO NOT DO IT!

Similar to the majority of reviews posted here, the service is horrible. I understand that parts can be on back order, but when dates and promises are given there should be some attempt at contacting a customer if they are unable to follow through. It shouldn't be up to the customer to chase down answers. If that wasn't bad enough, the attitude of Adele in customer service is poor at best. NO attempt to explain, or apologize. I was made to feel that I was the problem for interrupting her day. I will be staying far away from Jennair/Whirlpool in the future.
