Our new glass cooktop is difficult to use, as the temp settings are not very responsive or flexible. I am known as a great cook and have been very disappointed. We had and electric coil top for 36 years, (this is a vacation home) and no problems. It is very easy to burn food and requires constant vigilance to avoid this. One of the side dials chipped right away, and another has a small dent, and I am very careful in use. The top is a b***h to clean. So very sad that we purchased it.

I purchased all Jennair appliances. My wall oven has been replaced after 2yrs of use and that took 20 months to replace. I now am waiting 3 to 4 months for a new control panel for the second stove. These appliances are supposed to last 15 yrs. I do not recommend these.

Rusting dishwasher in 2 new units, 2.5 years old! When installers opened boxes, water poured out! They assured us that this was not unusual since units are tested before shipping. Yes, but they’re are dried as well, not ours however. Hinges, trays, and tray slides are rusting We have the best water treatment system installed with lowest dissolved minerals, so can not blame it on caustic water. Manufacturer declines responsibility.

Buyer Beware We have two Jenn Air ovens that have gone out on us within 5 years of purchase. There is a problem with the computer board on both appliances. I find this ridiculous. The cost is $700/piece to replace not including labor to reinstall. These units are expensive and should last much longer than this. We have had much better luck with GE but these appliances came with the house upon purchase.

Bought a high-end Jenn-Air Rise stove as I had a great experience with an older Jenn Air appliance. The quality on this stove is inferior! The knobs look sturdy but the knob interior is plastic. The heat from the stove invariably causes the plastic to expand and then break. This has happened on all of my knobs and now I am being told by the vendor that they have to get "special approval" from Jenn Air to replace the knobs. I haven't used this stove for even a year after waiting a year to receive it. Do not buy this product. The quality has gone way down.
