Well we thought by buying a Jenn Air product it is more of the top of the line. Not so we purchased all Jenn air products during our kitchen remodel. We have had issues with dish washer and the fridge. They are now 8 years old and we have been having issues with the fridge not keeping cool. Replace compressor, evaporator and seal system. To no avail. Service people here 8 times and still not keeping cold. We were told by a technician that he life span for appliances is now 7 years. So If you plan on buying new appliances I would go with the not so expensive line not going to last anyway. Called manufacture and really they were no help.

Bought all kitchen appliances of Jennair brand. So far, the built-in microwave JM 2430LM has been the greatest disappointment. The built quality does not justify the cost. Even after 3 visits by the technicians, the door hinges do not work properly. Have to slam the door to close, not sure how long this would survive. Please look for other options, if you are planning to buy built in appliances from Jennair.

$12k for a range, hood fan. Fridge and dishwasher. All 4 had to be replaced after 2 years (right after their warranty was up) stick with kitchenaid

Bought a Jenn-Air dishwasher 6 years ago. Control panel has gone out 4 times, yes 4 times. We have lived without the dishwasher for as long as 5 months as we constantly wait for parts. Now... they won't even honor an extended warranty that we purchased through them! The Jenn- Air Refrigerator might be the poorest designed ice maker that has ever been introduced. LED lights constantly going out. WOULD NEVER BUY JENN_AIR

We bought a Jenn-Air slide in range in 2019. 2 years later the key pad goes out, luckily, resetting worked the first time since I have Thanksgiving in the oven. We and the appliance store we bought it from were surprised that the keypad only had a one year warranty. We replaced it for $700. That one didn't fit correctly so we got another one which worked for exactly 13 months, sorry no warranty. I guess I will just schedule a yearly replacement before the warranty is up.

Whomever Jennair uses for installations in Lafayette Ca they are AWFUL. We purchased $60,000+ worth of kitchen appliances for a remodel and 5 of 6 items have had to be re-installed because it was done lazily on the original installation. What a joke.

Jenn-air double wall oven code f2e1 comes back everyday. Sometimes turning off power works, control touch pad not available. Many people are cleaning controller connections but no luck yet, don’t buy Jenn-Air appliances.

replaced the old jen air stove and cooktop ( to gaz ) they had been fine untill stove was finished after 25 yrs , spent over $6000 for both and after 4 yrs stove does not work control pannel seems to be fried sept 2022 , technicien comes in oct 2022 , cant find serial number because burnt off ( jen air put serial number where it can be burnned ) orders part and is installed in january 2023 , cost around $1400 jen aire paid around $550 after i complained that it does not make sense that it breaks , then i sent mise en demeure now they are ready to reimburse almost everything except $149 and also the glass is filthy because there is a defect and they know about it i was told by technicien not to turn light on i wont see it , so i will be going to court and asking for a full reimbursement of stove because if after 4 yrs this is how i am treated as a customer i am not interested in having a terrible product that breaks down and has many defects , the staff at jen air should be ashamed to work for a company like this , edmond mara( a higher up ) would not fix the problem as other people at jen air wouldnt either and where i bought it jc perrault in quebec . imagine for $149 and replacing my glass which cost around $200 - $300 we will go to court , i am a little annoyed and peeved , dont need these kind of problems in life Edmond could have solved this easily , we will let a judge decide now , and i know the laws in quebec , they will pay alot more !!!!
